"We stayed in the trailer room for two people. The hotel was headed from Yuhigaura Kizu Onsen Station on the Kyotango Railway, but when you approach the station, you can find the hotel immediately from the inside of the car, and it is a convenient location just a short walk away. It was a comfortable stay with floor heating and humidifier. I forgot to take a picture of the room, but I think it will be the best space for two people with a wicker size. There was an explanation in the room about how to use the sofa bed, and it was easy to understand. When I used the sofa as a bed, the center table was inevitably in the way and became narrow. "Quiet Area, nice enviroment, great hotel. We love the place, hope to come back in my future visit this area. Initially we booked the bunk bed room and we didn't noticed that this room doesn't come with the in room bathroom, and the receptionist very helpful and explain to us that the toilet and bathroom are outside and shower need to go up another floor, we though was inconvenience for us and she let us look at the other room types and let us exchange the room. We really appreciate her help and unconditioned service. Thank you Kissuien Stay&Food. We did enjoy our dinner in the hotel restaurant and the foods is stunning. Our family love it very much. We also enjoy our breakfast in the hotel too. we love both breakfast and dinner."
