We stayed at Sulyaps for 3 nights whilst in San Pablo and I have to say we were absolutely stunned at how beautiful it is there. From the moment we arrived (too early for check in) and were greeted and welcomed with the biggest of smiles and enthusiastic and caring staff. They kindly stored our luggage and we went to the restaurant for some breakfast which we paid for and I have to say it was worth every penny. It's a typical Filipino breakfast and it was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous along with water and coffee free flowing. After breakfast we were informed that our rooms were ready and that we could use them now free of charge. We were shown into the gardens with bonsai trees and a beautiful cage of exotic birds down a lovely path full of beautiful plants and tree, sculptures and carved images until we got so our rooms. When we looked at our room we were breathtaken as they were so beautiful with air con and a huge shower, complementary water, just perfect. Throughout our stay we were treated wonderfully with a smile all the time such beautiful people. I was a little gutted that the pool was being repaired as I love to swim but I didn't bother me too much. There was no fridge in the room which I think would have been a bonus as it's sooo hot and we like a cold drink. But when I come back to San Pablo I will not be staying anywhere else as this place has sooo much rustic charm and is very appealing to the eye where ever you look (and we didn't get to see the museum) it's an absolute gem. So if you find yourself in San Pablo this is the place to be I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed 😁🙏😁🙏😁🙏

We stayed here during our Visita Iglesia. A quiet and spacious spot tucked away in Calamba, perfect for family gatherings or special celebrations like weddings and birthdays. The place has a relaxing garden vibe that feels far from the city, even though it’s easy to get to. The open layout is great for events, and there’s plenty of room to move around without feeling crowded. It’s not a luxury resort, but it’s clean, cozy, and well-maintained. What stands out most is how flexible the space is—you can really make it your own depending on the occasion. Plus, it’s close to other resorts and attractions, which makes it easy to plan a full weekend getaway.

When we arrived at the resort, the nature vibe and peaceful ambience instantly stood out. The staff, even the guard at the front gate, welcomed us with smiles and their service was consistently great from check-in to check-out. Check-in was super quick, which I appreciated since I was with a senior citizen. We stayed in Cabana 101, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. There were two dining tables, one in the patio and one inside, plus a griller. The jacuzzi inside the room was such a nice bonus which my mom really enjoyed, and toiletries were already provided in the bathroom. One of my favorite parts was the buggy service. My mom is a senior and a PWD, and she really enjoyed it. We didn’t even need to use her mobility scooter at all. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the hot spring was so relaxing. The view around the resort was beautiful too. Breakfast was okay for the price, but again, the staff made the experience so pleasant because they were very accommodating and warm. I also love that it’s pet-friendly. My only small suggestions would be to limit the live band until 10 p.m. since it’s a nature resort and maybe add more sockets inside the room. Oh and also, maybe add a light in the griller section of the Cabanas. We had to use our flashlights when we grilled at night. Overall, we had such a good stay. The place was peaceful, the staff were amazing and highly commendable, and we’re already planning our next visit!

My daughter and my family stayed on 2 suite family rooms for 2 nights last 29 July 2023. The rooms were big enough. The only thing we don't like was there was one cockroach inside each of the rooms. - 2 cockroach in total. My daughter complained about this as we have 2 x 8 months old babies with us. The receptionist did respond though and tried catching and killing the cockroaches. One of the sinks in the toilet did get blocked on the last stay of our stay. The air conditioning was good. The hotel just needs to maintain their hygiene and cleanliness and try to get rid of the cockroaches on their hotel. Otherwise, hoyel staff are nice with the hotel with good location as near the main city and market.

Booked on Aug. 31, 2019 because it was raining hard and we can't drive home from Enchanted Kingdom to Antipolo, since we are also wet. I booked around 8:30 pm and luckily they still have a garage room which is perfect for us since we have to secure our car too. We arrive around 9:30pm, we are escorted by their accommodating staffs, I just said my name and that I booked at Trip.com and I do not to explain further. Awesome! The room and amenities: - clean - clean smell - clean sheets - queen bed - 2 disposable toothbrush - very small toothpaste - 2 small soaps - 1 shampoo with conditioner (winner! 5/5) - 1 tissue roll - 2 clean smelling bath towels - tv with cable - 2 chairs and table where you can have your meal - shower has warm water - shower needs to be improved - 2 pairs of slippers, which should need to be improved too The food: Clubhouse 3/5 - it was good but nothing special Chocolate Shake 3/5 - find it too sugary but its ok. The service was fast, everytime we call, it was entertained and quickly done. Except when we checked out and asked for the bill of our food. Thank you. All are goods, will booked again once we revisit Canlubang Calamba.

Location is in the middle of the city, near to establishments you needed. The room looks neat and clean, however, the floor is sticky. Service i haven't used. Facilities, there is no own remote control in the aircon, when we arrived it quite hot, so to setup the coldness, you need to call someone so they can adjust in behalf of you. the room is quite small.

Been before and always is great. Everyone is so friendly and the water is always clean and warm. Very healing
