"The hotel is very good room, the room was booked in the balcony, the place away from the square and the markets, but the restaurant on the sea was excellent and delicious, the hotel service was excellent and fast, but there are some things broken in the room, like the curtain, the adapter, and there are no parking lots, and the car is safe. "We stayed in the hotel suite room. The view was great. I couldn't take a spot of the beautiful black sea. We made our coffee in the evening and our breakfast on the terrace on the balcony. The toilet and bathroom smelled like a 5-star hotel. The room was huge. The meeting staff, especially the Palestinian child humanity tolerance has been so good help. I strongly recommend. The hotel is very close to the center for 4 minutes by car. Only there is no breakfast and breakfast in the hotel, but there are restaurants in front of it. There were places to sell suitable food in a functional street. 2 people had pizza, and we received breakfast from my own at the appropriate price. We were just back in the corner, so we stayed one night but we were very happy. I strongly recommend."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were very pleased with our time at Walton Hotel Galata. The location of the hotel is perfect, especially the Square, Forum shopping center, Hagia Sophia Trabzon Mosque, and the seashore are within walking distance. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and tastefully designed. The view of Trabzon from the roof terrace was unforgettable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. It is a great choice for a comfortable and quiet stay in the center of Trabzon. I recommend that you ask the reception to buy tickets for the Uzungol and Hamsiköy tours, they will pick them up directly from the hotel and return them to the hotel after the tour. If I come again, I will definitely choose this hotel!"

"The price was so cheap that I booked the hotel with trepidation. The reviews were not so encouraging either. But contrary to my expectations, the room cleanliness was at a good level, toiletries were put in the room every day, the room was cleaned every day. "It was very pleasant to stay in general. The hotel's location is very short for taxi transport to the airport and to the city centre (the Square), and taxi charges are *** reasonable. If you want to walk, it takes about an hour, which is a distance to make *** meat. My room was clean and the view was very beautiful, even gentle and upgraded my room type. But I have to address one point: although the vast majority of staff are lazy, a staff member has targeted me and has been very tight with unnecessary questions because only the appearance of a staff member is different. I think this is wrong and, to be honest, this has caused me to feel unrestful and nervous every time I go to the lobby. In short, I couldn't stay outside this unsatisfactory experience ***meat was good and the location of the hotel is a great advantage."

"The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy. Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel."

Excellent hotel and very central. On site car park. Very nice restaurant with sea view. 4* quality. We did not eat dinner at the restaurant but menu looks good. Rooms were high quality and it is a proper hotel Would like to try the restaurant next time.

Очень вкусный и сытный завтрак, супер расположение для тех, кто путешествует на машине и надо выезжать на шоссе в Сюмелу или Узунгель, прибрежное шоссе прямо за углом. Отель новый , все чистое и удобное. Работник помог на карте найти и проложить дорогу к вкусному рыбному ресторану.

Overall, the hotel is good. We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles. The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

Overall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. The shower head can be improved, as it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the provision of just one large and one small towel was somewhat minimal. On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. Check-out was straightforward, simply handing over the key to the receptionist. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects, a few improvements in amenities and service attitude could enhance the overall experience at this hotel.
