3-Star Hotels in Trabzon

We have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and air conditioner. Nice hot shower. Good breakfast. The major thing that needs to be noted is the fact that the hotel is surrounded by mechanics and can be noisy when working on vehicles. It is far out of town but walking distance to bus station and shopping mall. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything.

Housekeeping is not good, service only by demand. Meals are average, there were a hair in the dishes, we showed them, but they didn't react. Eventually we would be better and reasonable get breakfast outside. You can a full breakfast for the less fee in local Cafe (Uc Kale) just under the pedestrian passage.

The hotel is very conveniently located: opposite the bus station, where we arrived in the evening from Erzurum, so all we had to do was cross the street. When we passed by this hotel at the beginning of our trip, we saw heavy traffic and were worried about the noise in the rooms, but they put us on the 4th floor, and it was quiet there, and I sleep with earplugs. On departure day, we walked about 40 minutes to the airport. The city center is about 40 minutes' walk away, uphill in some places. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes' walk away. The room is spacious and brand new, and we were very pleased with it. There's a kettle with tea and coffee, and water. The room wasn't cleaned for three days, but I think they would have cleaned it if they had asked. Breakfast starts at 7:30, and here's where the hotel's downside became apparent: since the hotel is opposite the bus station, where many buses from Batumi arrive, Georgian groups of people are present at breakfast. They behave very noisily, even shouting and singing, and it's extremely disruptive. However, they've disappeared on weekdays; apparently, if they do come, it's on weekends. On our last day, we arrived for breakfast on time, but found no food or staff. We were about to leave when a kitchen worker, who had overslept, came running, apologizing and promising that everything would be right away. Thankfully, we had time to wait for her. The reception was very friendly.

Overall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. The shower head can be improved, as it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the provision of just one large and one small towel was somewhat minimal. On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. Check-out was straightforward, simply handing over the key to the receptionist. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects, a few improvements in amenities and service attitude could enhance the overall experience at this hotel.

I really like this hotek. The staff and manager are very polite and helpful. Location is great. Very near to Trabzon Square.

The staff are helpful, but the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness, and the rooms are saturated with a suffocating and unpleasant smell of cigarettes.

We had a great time The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was social, and we met some amazing people during our stay. I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. The hotel's location is great. However, from now on, I definitely won't be booking hotels through websites. This is the second time this year it's happened. For this hotel, they gave me a room that was unfortunately under the stairs, if you can even call it a room. It was literally a cramped space under the stairs. I felt like I was suddenly in Thailand or Japan, but only because the toilet, shower, sink, and everything were crammed into one spot. In the morning, when I wanted to shower, the shower didn't work, even though water was running from the sink. What's more, the other rooms in the hotel, especially the suite rooms, are very nice. But mine was a standard room. Even after I asked to change it, saying I wanted something different from a standard room, they used the excuse that they had no other rooms available and didn't change it. My room also didn't have air conditioning, only a fan. Unfortunately, I wasted my money; I would have been better off sleeping in my car. I was very unsatisfied.
