The boat ramp provides access to the lake to launch your boat and the dock has an open slip waiting for your boat (no-wake/trolling motor only). A sun deck and ladder to the lake are part of the dock which has party lights for use as the sun sets. Bass, bluegill and crappie are plentiful. (Catch and release). Watching and catching the fish from the dock is a child favorite activity.The house is accessible via steps or ramp. Wifi throughout. The front door opens to a welcoming great room, full kitchen and dining area. The full kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, Keurig Duo for coffee by the pot or cup, the island serves as the countertop appliance shed and includes a toaster, air fryer and food processor/blender combo. Dishes, glasses, pots, pans utensils are available. The large, covered deck includes several seating areas, a gas grill, or Weber kettle if you prefer charcoal, ceiling fan with a light and lighting around the ceiling for evening activities. A firepit is just a few steps from the house, Adirondack chairs are available and additional chairs are on the side of the deck. S'mores are a fan favorite along with star gazing and searching for satellites as they pass through the night sky. Memorable sunsets are a frequent and unexpected gift from every vantage point of the property.
