We were here from out of state for a family birthday. The room was nice, comfortable. We did not hear any neighbors or running down the hall.
We did not use any amenities provided due to family activities. We have been here several other times in the past. We have never had a problem. We will return. The staff are friendly and kind."

"An American breakfast is served in the morning. There are toast, bread, various jams, sausages, scrambled eggs, yogurt, milk, coffee, and fruit. The room is larger with a kingsize bed and a sofa bed (need to be spread out by yourself). Feeling thinner, the air conditioner needs to be higher, but the sound of the air conditioner is louder, which is a big problem for the neurasthenic guests. I chose to live here mainly because I have to go to Universal Studios. The road is not far away. I can get it in the morning of 20 minutes. Not far from the California Institute of Technology, not far from Greenfield Park, but just happened to meet the sunny weekend, there are many people going up the mountain, the road is blocked."

"I plan to go to this hotel scheduled for Universal Studios. At 4 o'clock in the afternoon, the front yard can stop the car. The front desk service is very good and the guest problem is solved in time. Breakfast was not eaten at the hotel, but 24 hours was equipped with coffee, hot and cold water. The big bed, the bed is very big, and it is easy to sleep 2 people and 1 child."

"Great location for the nearby universal studios.
I unfortunately did have an administrative issue at check in which took around 45 minutes to resolve before the hotel issued my room key — the attendant did apologise and said this “never happens”, however it was unfortunate given we had arrived after midnight following a lot of driving.
Other than that, it was a fine hotel."

Objective and practical evaluation: The location is good, opposite the supermarket. The breakfast is relatively simple. After two days, I lose my appetite. Friends who have gone abroad have noticed that American hotels rarely provide slippers. This hotel is more formal and has better service than the one I stayed in for five days. Standard, more popular, Mr. Scott at the front desk is very warm and friendly!

Firsts day we got there was good. Second day try and check another night the girl that helped us did not even try to help out. Said she couldn’t find out booking told her it was in there system she keep saying no it wasn’t with attitude. So I had to book another day all over again. And I asked her again are u sure I’m not in there they did it the day before told me no. She knew what she was doing. So when i booked my room again told her there it’s done. Then she tells o I found it No apology no nothing. After I just got done booking my room. Very disappointed with her service bad part I didn’t get her name

The new manager Robert is great. Looks like they’re getting more staff and so far they’ve been great. Used to have a big issue with one of the girls but I’m glad there are other employees now

DINGJIAThe location is fairly convenient, there are general food and drink around. But it is still a bit inconvenient without a car. The hotel is generally good, clean and well equipped. Free underground parking, spacious and bright. There is also a self-service laundry service. 1.5 dollars for washing clothes, 1.5 dollars for drying. About an hour and a half. Take a taxi to the Walk of Fame for about $10 and to Universal Studios Hollywood for $8. It only takes 20 minutes to drive. Breakfast is alright. Generally speaking, there is nothing wrong with the high prices. Similar to domestic all-season hotels

Very close to Burbank Airport, close to the car rental side, you can walk there from the airport
The hotel is extremely popular, if you book late, you will run out of rooms. The rooms are not big, and the price is very expensive, even more expensive than Los Angeles...

Guest UserEverything was very good,except it doesn’t have a airport transport and this was the reason I booked this hotel. Being that it’s so close to the airport you would think it would have at lease one or two trips to the airport.
