"My daughter stayed at the hotel for one night before leaving Durham after graduating. The hotel was quite large, with a resort-like feel, and the rooms were spacious. However, there were very few staff members; only one person handled check-in at the lobby, and they gave me the wrong room key, forcing me to walk across the entire hotel to get it back. No one helped with the luggage cart, and I couldn't even offer a tip."

"I stayed here while visiting Duke University. It's very close to the university. The room is equipped with a microwave and coffee machine. There are all kinds of frozen foods in the refrigerator in the lobby on the first floor. They can be heated in the microwave. They look delicious, but I didn't have a chance to try them. The room is good, nothing to complain about. Breakfast is made to order, the portion is large, even the price is very favorable, drinks and coffee are free"

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is small, it is clean and comfortable. It does not provide breakfast or bottled water. You can drink tap water or buy water downstairs. Simple food and drinks are sold next to the front desk. Parking is free. Remember to ask for your parking voucher at the front desk and put it on the car console. Otherwise, it may be towed away. The hotel and its surroundings are very safe and suitable for a simple trip.

RRon LabriolaVery friendly service at the check in desk.Checked my reservation through a 3rd party and explained to me that next time go through the hotel and explain to them the reason for my stay was because my wife had a appointment with the eye care center.They offer a discount rate rather than 3rd party.I had to pay $100.00 deposit which I got back when I checked out that morning.Also had a nice breakfast and made a reservation for my wife next appointment next week.I think we may staying there in the future.Thank you Ron Labriola.
