This is a cozy, rustic, lofted cabin with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens). It is situated on a dirt road, in a quaint, private, family-friendly community. It comes equipped with a full kitchen that opens into the main living area with a wood-burning stove for cozy days/evenings by the fire. There is also a full-size washer and dryer located in the sunroom at the back of the cabin for your use. It is centrally located with easy access to popular Fryeburg Fair Grounds, snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and a 10-minute walk to the association's private beach! Upstairs you have both bedrooms. One with a king bed, desk and chair. The second room has a queen bed, and a twin XL over queen bunk bed, as well as an alcove with a desk and chair for your work area. Note that there is no toilet on the second floor. Please hold on to the railings as you climb stairs.
