Property abuts trail systems that go everywhere, located directly behind the well known Bishops hotel and a 2 minute walk to Bishops gas/store.. Turn key location, you are close to it all,,, Terrific Restaurants, Stores, Gas stations, Recreational Registration Location, Hardware store, and some of the best taken care of Trails… Jackman has it all, including a great Recreational Motorsport location 5 minutes away… The house is very comfortable and well taken care of, and I would appreciate it being kept that way and you will always be welcome back😁… No smoking inside plz… Sleeps 6 with plenty of closet space, washer and dryer (supplies are not provided), large common areas with television wifi cable, full kitchen w/ stove, fridge, micro, toaster oven.. Heat and window a/c.. We share a driveway with neighbor (so please be mindful of them) but it is plenty big to fit 2 trailers and 2 full-size trucks.. Plowing is provided by contractor when needed, but the main entrance stairs are renters responsibility so no one gets hurt… “Important” weather does what ever it wants in Jackman, so weather conditions are not a sufficient reason to last minute cancel, early departure, or not show up and hold owner responsible at any time.. There's great fishing from the stocked pond for Salmon, Trout, and Bass. We also have an extensive trail system to offer the best off road riding conditions for all seasons with direct trail access. There is plenty of space for trucks and trailers on the property and you can leave right from the cabin durectly onto the trail systemWe have ATV, UTV, and Snowmobile rentals right here in town so if you don't own any don't worry we can set you up. We are a full campground as well as cabins. This home features 4 large bedrooms and 2.5 baths with laundry. House will comfortably sleep 10 people and room for more if needed. Sitting room upstairs overlooking Moose River to relax or work with high speed internet. House has large wood stove to heat home or forced hot air and central air conditioning for the Summer. Plenty of room to park large trailers to unload and enjoy! The lovely interior features 2 queen bed, 2 full beds, and 1 twin bed, ensuring a soothing night's sleep for all guests. With amenities like heating, WiFi, and a washing machine, your stay will be pleasant and stress-free. Our vacation rental includes a queen bed on the first floor with a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room. The loft area has a queen bed and a pull out full sofa bed.  The well-equipped full kitchen is great along with a washer and dryer. The exterior we have a large deck with a picnic table to enjoy the yard. Plenty of parking for your vehicles, trailers, and recreational toys up top at the house or down at the garage. *Unfortunately at this time the ATV trail access is closed per Weyerhaeuser* *ROW access to Long Pond must go out Loop Rd. No land owner permission to go straight out driveway. Map is incorrect.
