The home sits on a quiet dead-end street, close to all of the activities, and includes all of the features that make it feel like home. The home has a master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom on the main level. The 2nd floor has a queen bedroom in Bedroom 2, and 3 twin-sized beds in Bedroom 3. We provide dog bowls, treats, and a spot to hang a leash.The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve home-cooked meals. We also provide a Keurig, and a French Press for coffee. All linens for bedding, towels, and washcloths are included with your stay. We also provide dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, toilet paper and paper towels. A laundry room with washer and dryer are available for guest use. No smoking in the house. MASSANUTTEN RESORTThe home is located inside the gated community of Massanutten Resort. The Resort offers skiing, two golf courses, water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-carts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more are only a couple miles from the house. The resort maintains 30 miles of hiking trails. Tennis courts are also located by the pool. Resort Activities are available to our guests for an additional fee (must be purchased through the Resort). SURROUNDING AREADowntown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 15 miles from our home. There are many fantastic restaurant, museums and shops that are fun to explore in downtown. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Tubing and kayaking are fun to enjoy during the summer. The Swift Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park and Blue Ridge Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking trails. If the water looks murky or has a smell, let us know, and we'll have our hot tub expert come by to treat it.- Do not drain the hot tub.- There's no need to turn off the hot tub. Home features a stocked kitchen, memory foam mattresses, balcony, patio, pool table, ping pong, and hot tub. There is access to year-round indoor/outdoor Massanutten amenities: community pool (additional fee w/pass), tennis courts, etc. Home is minutes away from slopes, waterpark, golfing, zip-lining, fishing, trails, Shenandoah Park, Skyline Drive, & JMU.The CubHouse has 2 levels. The main level features a large living room with a comfortable sectional couch, electric fireplace, 55” smart TV, kitchen, balcony with seating, large 10-seat dining table for family dinners and game nights, and 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, 43” smart TV, dresser, office desk, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Additional bedrooms include queen beds, dressers, and brand new 43” smart TVs.The lower level features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a family room with a ping-pong table, 50” smart tv, dining table set, full-size washer/dryer, microwave, and giant bean bag. The garage features a pool table and an electric fireplace.There are 3 full bathrooms with shower/tub combos, one is in the primary bedroom and two are split between upstairs and downstairs common areas. Body towels, hand towels, bathmats, and hairdryers are provided.The patio is accessible from the family room on the lower level and comes complete with patio furniture for outdoor lounging, a gas grill, and a 4-person hot tub.There is plenty of parking in front of the house (2 cars), side patio driveway (4-5 cars), or even in the resort. Depending on size, we can accommodate 6-7 vehicles. Parking on the street is not permitted per resort HOA.Guests should park on the driveway in front of the house to access the code-accessed front door. Additional parking is available around the corner, near the garage and outdoor patio area. It is on a decline and can be difficult to see at night.
