Free public boat launch in Penn Yan, as well as numerous wineries, restaurants and attractions just a few miles away.  2 Miles away from the famous Windmill Farm and Craft Market.Inside we have 3 spacious bedrooms with lots of natural light, private bathroom /shower, full kitchen with cooktop, living room area with large dining table for 6 , 2 full bathrooms, cozy reading nook and electric fireplace.Outside under a covered porch is a dining table for 6, comfortable lounge seating and a propane grill.The Cabin is fully heated and air conditioned insideGuests will have a keyless entry pad to gain access to the property. The majority of the property is open fields with a portion of the property wooded.INSIDEThe bedrooms have lots of windows for natural light. Connecting to the master bedroom is a private full bathroom. The living space area also has a electric fireplace, TV,  2 couches, 2 chairs, and full view windows overlooking the lake.
