"The hotel has a great location, right next to Milpitas Square, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's also close to the highway exit.
Breakfast is included, but the food is always the same and lacks variety. I got tired of it after a week.
The room isn't well soundproofed. The sound of water running from the tap in the upstairs apartment is very clear. The guy upstairs always comes back to his room around 1 AM, and his footsteps are very clear. Neighbors opening and closing doors outside the room can definitely hear it. If you're sensitive to noise, either wear earplugs or choose another hotel.
The front desk is mostly empty or only one person is there. You have to call them to get them to come out. And they're not very friendly; they seem to be temporary or new employees.
The bathroom is slippery. Without soap, I slipped and fell every time I went in and out. The waterproof edge material is hard, so I bled. Luckily, it wasn't serious. There are no anti-slip mats or warnings in the bathroom. Use it with caution."

"Nice and clean room. There was one cockroach in my bathroom but only one. I guess the staff tries to solve this problem. I liked that the room has a fridge and a microwave. The bedsheets are clean and they even make your bed and change towels everyday. Google states that this hotel offers breakfast for some reason, they don’t. But there is a good diner 5 min away. This hotel is far better than hotels I stayed in in NYC."

In particular, there is a restaurant that serves Japanese beef rice, which is large in quantity and reasonably priced. The bed in the hotel is quite comfortable, and cleaning needs to be discussed with the front desk in advance. A very satisfactory stay."

"I lived on the first floor so it was kind of loud. On my first night, there was some motor thing outside the room so I could hear a noise and it was hard to sleep. Thankfully, the front desk was able to switch me to a different room the next day."

"Love this hotel. This is my third stay. Rooms are roomy and breakfast is great. Very good amenities and facilities. They also have happy hours with complimentary drinks.
I subtracted a star for three reasons:
- We were assigned next to a room where some high school or college kids were having a party with door slamming noises till 11pm.
- When I asked the front desk about the water machine, she told me they don’t have it and I can only purchase from the snack shop. However, I told her the operator told me there is a water machine near the fitness room, she then told me they is one inside the fitness room.
- When I asked about delayed check out. They only offered an extra 30 mins."

"The location for transportation is very good. But the road noise is loud. The bedding looks clean, but there are always cockroaches in the bathroom, and ants crawling on the washbasin. So I doubt if the bedding is okay. The cleaning workers are nice and friendly."

"Water pressure in the shower is extremely low and makes showers take longer. The manager is stingy. I paid for 2 guests with breakfast, but because she only saw 1 guest she didn’t want to give 2 breakfast vouchers for each day. Also, was a mix up on what time my room could be made up. I was told my room couldn’t be made up later than 2:30pm. I never saw that anywhere in writing."

刘The chain hotel that came to the United States last year, the price is very high, except for the weekend, dinner on weekdays. It is also convenient to go out. Not far from there is an Asian supermarket, there are some Chinese restaurants, Apple, Silicon Valley, Intel, Google are not far away. There are also outlets 3 km away, very nice hotel. The room actually saw a long-lost DVD player.

This is an old hotel, probably built 50 or 60 years ago.
The facilities are very old and outdated, but it is cheap and clean. After all, it is a five-star hotel.
It is a good choice when you can't book a decent hotel in Silicon Valley.

This is a great place, very close to Silicon Valley. It only takes me five minutes to reach the company, and there are excellent Chinese supermarkets and a Walmart nearby. If you want to visit other American-style stores, they are just a 10-minute drive away. The front desk staff provides excellent and friendly service, and the breakfast is delicious. I’ll miss the food here. The only improvement needed might be the laundry service, as there is only one washing machine available, which is quite inconvenient.

JIANWENIt is convenient to drive by car, the historic hotel is not far from the high speed, the parking lot is very big, the hotel has a simple breakfast: coffee, bread! The price is OK, after all, the store is to consider the price!
