"The business trip schedule changed, so I booked this hotel at short notice. The price was not low. I was a little surprised when I found it was a motel. "A historic hotel that provided ambience with a welcoming atmosphere. The hotels location provided plenty of options for food and necessities. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and provided exceptional service. We requested a room change which was promptly addressed and were very pleased with the new room. The 3rd floor pool area was very nice with plenty of loungers and clean towels. Although, a weekly noontime schedule to purchase beverages and food at the pool would have been welcomed. We would like to acknowledge exceptional and friendly service from Graciela F. and Adriana C. They made our stay very enjoyable! We will be returning in the future and would highly recommend the Pasadena Hotel!!"

"The hotel was very enjoyable. Delicious breakfasts, incredible waffles can be made on your own. Also there is coffee without coffee, it was very pleasant. The room is clean, comfortable, with hot water no problems. The guy on the recession is polite, the girl from the kitchen is very modest and kind.
There is a big parking lot.
There was one moment, there was a constant knock from my room, maybe it was drops from the air conditioner , it was very irritating. Saved only the beer at night so you could sleep."

"The room was very clean and well-planned. The nearby shopping mall and the city hall are within walking distance. The hotel breakfast was not very varied but basically everything was available. Paper cups were also provided for take-away coffee or tea. The only downside was that the shower faucet could not be hand-held. The hotel also charged the room fee twice, which was refunded immediately after communicating with Ctrip customer service. Overall, I was quite satisfied."

GGuest UserA very beautiful big house, it feels more like an airbnb homestay, not like a hotel, but it feels very special. The house is located in the wealthy area on the mountain. It is very luxurious. It is said that this house has a history of nearly 50 years, and the floor is covered. The patina is out. Usually when there are no guests, there will be a lot of sexy internet celebrities to pose for photos. The owner of the grandfather was very nice. He prepared breakfast for us in the morning. He knew that we were Chinese and would help us cook dumplings, watch TV on the cctv channel, recommend tourist routes, etc. He was very very enthusiastic and made us all embarrassed, toilet The two rooms are shared, but there is no one next door on the day we stayed, so it is equivalent to a private toilet. It's really great 👍

GGuest UserOlder building, nicely rehabbed by Marriott. Carpets are old but everything else looks pretty new. Slight mildew smell in the hallways. Good beds, excellent customer service. The hotel bar serves light bites but no substantial food. But there are lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

AAnderson SimaThe hotel is in a great location. Pasadena is the old wealthy area of LA, with good public security and beautiful scenery. The hotel is located right in the old city center. You can check in the beautiful scenery of Pasadena in ten minutes. You can see St. Andrew's Cathedral when you open the window.
It is not too far from LA attractions. The airport is 30-40 minutes away by car without traffic jams, and Universal Studios is only 20 minutes away by car.
