"This was the worst experience I've ever had. A group of construction workers, driving construction vehicles, were staying at the hotel. Over a dozen of them gathered in one room, with the door open, laughing loudly and making a lot of noise. Nobody seemed to care. They finally quieted down close to 11 PM."

"Arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening, and then checkin was in the service area on the first floor of the hotel (the breakfast area the next day). The service area was locked directly. There was a small window similar to the bank counter to submit the passport. The question that led us to ask if this area was not safe, and the answer was actually safe, and the bulletproof glass window was to prevent who. The room is large, the facilities are very new, and the hygiene is very good, but because the window is facing the corridor, it is basically impossible to open, and the curtains have to be pulled. In fact, it is a motel."

"A hotel with a high price. The room is large, with its own microwave heating, quiet, and good front desk service. The surrounding area is very safe, there is a relatively large Vons supermarket next to it, which is very convenient for shopping. A very beautiful big house, it feels more like an airbnb homestay, not like a hotel, but it feels very special. The house is located in the wealthy area on the mountain. It is very luxurious. It is said that this house has a history of nearly 50 years, and the floor is covered. The patina is out. Usually when there are no guests, there will be a lot of sexy internet celebrities to pose for photos. The owner of the grandfather was very nice. He prepared breakfast for us in the morning. He knew that we were Chinese and would help us cook dumplings, watch TV on the cctv channel, recommend tourist routes, etc. He was very very enthusiastic and made us all embarrassed, toilet The two rooms are shared, but there is no one next door on the day we stayed, so it is equivalent to a private toilet. It's really great 👍

The business trip schedule changed, so I booked this hotel at short notice. The price was not low. I was a little surprised when I found it was a motel. Fortunately, after checking in, I felt that the hygiene was OK. It was relatively clean and I could drive my car to the door of the room. Overall, it was OK.

Breakfast in room, a $70 breakfast, they charged $6 for delivery, then added a 20% service charge, and topped it off with a $22 tip (the first two items weren't displayed when I signed for the tip). It seems like moving the breakfast from the kitchen to the room incurred three separate fees, adding over 40% to the bill just to get it done.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Westin Pasadena this time! The hotel is in a great location, with convenient surrounding restaurants, shops, and attractions. The hotel was very enjoyable. Delicious breakfasts, incredible waffles can be made on your own. Also there is coffee without coffee, it was very pleasant. The room is clean, comfortable, with hot water no problems. The guy on the recession is polite, the girl from the kitchen is very modest and kind. There is a big parking lot. There was one moment, there was a constant knock from my room, maybe it was drops from the air conditioner , it was very irritating. Saved only the beer at night so you could sleep.
