Simple and convenient hotel, with McDonald's and supermarkets nearby, self-driving, so I am not familiar with the surrounding traffic conditions. The front desk attitude is very good, and all questions are answered. As a transit station from Salzburg to Neuschwanstein, I stayed for one night. Overall I feel comfortable, but the beds are very small.

The Lindners is a win-speaking house in Oberbayern. I can recommend this hotel fully for both business and private travelers (travel to the south or even holiday in Oberbayern). The Munich Airport is available in good time, so you can also recommend stays in the Munich Metropolis region. The entire team, whether housekeeping, reception or restaurant is excellent, which is based on the extremely good management of the whole house by Mr. Deitmar. The rooms are tasteful, clean and comfortable. Care is perfect. Restaurant and breakfast are far above average and are always worth a visit. I'm happy to come back and can recommend the house without any restriction.

Good very modern hotel with extremely friendly staff. Single room with EXTRA BET. A few minutes walk from the center. OVERDACHed parking places, or outdoor, or in the deep garage. All without additional cost. Breakfast ... When the salmon is filled out in other hotels, everything is constantly filled here. Touching, or even rather mirror. TOP. coffee taste ... so it should be. All that the heart, the stomach wants. Damn, could stay here longer. Tip In the course of the second row, the building is in the second row. So access to the circular traffic takes a road earlier. My partner and my 2 friends chose the holiday inn at Rosenheim as an overnight stop for our road trip across Europe. I enjoy staying at IHG hotels being a Platinum Elite member, as the service is always great and rooms are always comfortable. Hotel is easy to find and parking is confusing, but you just stay in the parking garage. We paid around 6 € for being there for 13 hours. Alot of space and easy to access. During our stay, we had Jenny Medrano, at the front desk, assist us with the issues the hotel was giving us. She was so friendly, helpful, and did so much for us. She was truly the highlight of our stay and I hope IHG hotels rewards her for such excellent customer service. Our room had no Air Conditioning, and it was absolutely brutal trying to sleep. It was one of my worst sleeps at an IHG hotel. Room was quite small, but we had a big shower. The gym was okay. 3 cardio machines and free weights that went to 10kg. There was no water and only 3 towels, but there being a lack of staff members makes sense. The breakfast was mediocre, as it's a limited selection of what you can grab at the buffet. Overall, I was not happy with the my stay at this hotel, besides the good customer service. I won't be visiting this hotel again, unless the owner/hotel manager fixes these issues.

Great hotel - although knocked a star on off for air con (or lack of). Pros: Great rooms, friendly staff, access to the beautiful lake, decent breakfast, spa facilities are great (big pool plus a small children’s splash pool). Cons: No air con was a real issue for us and affected our sleep quality. The vendor we booked through (**********) stated the hotel has air con however, it does not. We told reception during our stay that our room was unbearably warm. They said the cooling system works by cooling water in the ceiling and walls. They asked if we had closed the windows and doors as apparently this is important to make the system work - we had. We were told engineering would visit to check our room - I’m not sure if they ever did though. We were given a fan to help but it was very noisy so we ended up sleeping with all the windows and doors open each night. It was still far too warm though and far from ideal. We fed this back when we checked out and were informed that the 3rd floor rooms get particularly hot. Air con would definitely make this hotel immeasurably better!
