The hotel is not bad and the price is cheap. Although it is a bit chaotic near the airport, the noise is not very loud at night. Stayed for one night, not much experience.

The noise from adjoinimg rooms is very noticeable. There is also a noise like a banging door from the wind coming through the open air point in the hallway. Other than that the property is clean and comfortable

felt very run down, small shower that dripped, felt the photos were misleading on website. Very $$ for what it was.

Wasn’t super impressed with the first room they transferred me to a second room that was nice a convenient getting to a from parking. The beds were really comfortable a shower was good. Staff was nice an helpful.

I requested for my room to be cleaned every day I was there. The room was NEVER cleaned even when I requested by the front desk when I checked in!! It ruined my entire vacation because they disrespected my wishes at the very beginning. They just want your money and do not care about your customer service.

Room for as not very clean, “stains” in the bathroom. Empty water bottle in room and overall a little dingy. Bottom floor room is loud from outside traffic, ceilings are low, AC is loud water pressure was weak. Bed was relatively comfortable though.

Food option was InstaChef in the lobby. Breakfast is an extra $10. Parking is $24.00 a day. No bar.

Easy to walk from john wayne airport. Also possible with wheelchair. Good handicap room, but a bit long ramp leading to rooms might be hard for those using manual chair.

Our flight got delayed so we needed a hotel last minute and this hotel did not disappoint! I was so impressed with how clean and comfortable it was! It is walking distance to John wanye airport. I highly recommend.

It's a perfectly mid hotel, even bu airport hotel standards. They stopped having any form of on site dining in favor of palty snacks behind the counter and a food robot.
The food selection at Chevron next door was better and more affordable.

Rented a car from U-Save. Had a great experience with the rental agent and decided upon return to stay the night before our flight out early the next morning. Front Desk Staff was awesome.

My room was great, my view was beautiful.

Very loud door crashing constantly when people go in and out to the back of the property where my room was where the parking lot entrance is. Heater in room was SO loud, made it really difficult to sleep. First day I turned on shower hot water but only got warm water, didn’t even use the cold water knob since it was barely warm enough for a shower. I asked for a mug and spoon so I could make my own tea and they said they don’t have them even though there supposedly is breakfast served at the property. Overall old and needs an update. Staff was friendly. I would not recommend for a comfortable stay though.
