Forgot to check out but turn in keys and took shuttle to airport, beautiful place to stay, friendly staffing and drivers. Pets allowed

The room was very clean. The lobby was clean and inviting with plenty of seats to just relax and have a cup of coffee. The staff was super helpful and professional. I like having lots of stores and restaurants to go to.

Was told 15 - 20 minute wait for shuttle from airport but was over 50 minutes. Woke up at 0400 to water dripping into bathroom from ceiling making bathroom unusable. Had to get dressed to go downstairs to report as phone not answered. Reported again in morning but not offered any compensation. Told not duable as booked through 3rd party!

Waited 15-20 minutes at the front desk for someone to show up just to check in. I called numerous times to try to get someone’s attention. The floor I was on had some weird odor. It wasn’t too bad but wasn’t pleasant. Toilet for sure wasn’t the cleanest. Took me at least 10 mins to figure out how to use the shower. Terrible stay!

Room was very nice well-maintained and clean. It had a pull out bed for our daughter and the king bed was comfortable. The only disappoin**ent is that we went for breakfast at arounf 8.30 am and all the food was over n it was supposed to be there till 9 am. There were no eggs or meat . Only a drab muffin n fruits. Thats very very disappointing after paying for a hotel with breakfast. But rest was very good.

Lobby full of people heading to the airport and no hot coffee. It was yesterday’s coffee ! Why even have a coffee bar. This establishment is struggling and not serious about customer service.
