the hotel provided free airport shuttle service, which is good for me, and they picked me up in ＜20 mins after i called them. room is clean, although the facilities are old.

The hotel room was newly renovated with all modern convenience like plugins for all devices. The lobby was clean and spacious. Great menu in the restaurant for dinner. Food was good and bartender and receptionist were very courteous. They had a great breakfast with a wide selection of food items to pick from.

Although there is still work being done on the property, the facilities are good. We had a large and comfortable room, that looks newly furnished, great bed. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool open, as well as an indoor hot tub. The included breakfast was good and had variety, especially as to baked goods. And staff were great, especially the shuttle driver Orlando, as others have mentioned. We would stay here again.

I would not stay here again. They are supposedly remodeling but what ever it is they are remodeling shows very poor workmanship and poor attention to detail. The only good thing about the hotel is the staff and workers who were attentive and very willing to provide the best customer service. Management and owners make decisions and they are doing a poor job at this poorly ran property.

Everyone at this property was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. From the ladies at the front desk, restaurant the driver that picked us up and the driver that took us to the airport at 4am. I gave appearance 4 stars because they are still under construction a bit in some areas. Otherwise it was a Grest experience and I would definitely stay again!
