It was my first time to go to the United States and my first time staying in an American hotel. Clean, quiet and spacious. Breakfast is also very good. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and explained patiently. The check-in experience was very good.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and the two service staff are very friendly. If I go to Dallas next time, I will choose this hotel again.

The room is very large and well-equipped. The beds and bathroom facilities are new and clean. Breakfast is quite rich. You can take the transfer minibus to and from the airport, and it only takes 10 minutes, which is very convenient.

It was nice that it was close to the Dallas airport and that you could use a shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel. The room condition was also good. The group said they were also satisfied with the breakfast.

Emailed to check in, completed check-in, and was explained I would get a digital key and could go straight to the room. Had been up to travel since 2 am EST was tired and just wanted to go to the room. Never received the digital key, and had to go through the check-in process after waiting for the concierge to finish the conversation with the crew on the walkie-talkie. I have checked into Hilton properties numerous times without having to stop at the desk, received my digital key, the hotel has been paid for the room, incidentals, and no damage. Not a huge fan.

Great stay, friendly staff good breakfast. Pillows were terrible and walls thin to hear other rooms.

The stay was great! The only downside was the breakfast selection. By no means was it to Hilton standards. Optiins were limited and natch cooking was too large, creating hard breakfast sandwiches and crispy omelets. The extreme highlight of our stay was Trisha. She exemplifies hospitality. She always made my wife and i feel welcome and that we belonged there.

All good! Room was clean, large and comfortable. Great soundproofing: though landing planes were visible through the window, hardly any sound was detectable. Staff were fine.

It was close to the airport and had easy access to all locations that I needed to visit.
