Ciragan Palace Kempinski Istanbul

I rented a hotel and proposed marriage with my girlfriend, and asked ctrip customer service for help. The customer service was very enthusiastic to help arrange. The hotel’s customer public relations team was also very active in helping to arrange the marriage proposal. During the epidemic, this arrangement was still satisfactory. The hotel has a long history, but the maintenance is very good, the rooms are very clean, and the hotel staff are very polite and enthusiastic, and the hotel’s security work is also very good 👍🏻 Stay at ease. If the budget is enough, I suggest you come to live.

Not a bad hotel, with a good location, for those who like to walk. For those who have problems going up the mountain, it will be difficult without transport. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. The room is not big, but cozy, the only negative for me is that it is smoky, I had to keep the windows open

The location of this hotel is generally good; the staffs are ok and friendly, but the majority of them can not speak English, unfortunately. The street, a hotel located in, is narrow and too noisy. We had difficulty sleeping, especially at midnight; breakfast is ok but is not a buffet, and you will be charged if you ask for an extra omelet or something else.

We enjoyed our stay at the Conrad Bosphorus. Beds were very comfortable and we had very good sleep. Amenities are good, toiletries by Byredo. Very good breakfast spread. While the location offers amazing views of the Bosphorus Strait, we found it quite difficult to get a taxi in this location. Otherwise no major complaints.
