The hotel looked classy and neat in the pictures however everything was just surface. It was really dirty, the sheets were stained, the bathroom and toilet was dirty. AC was not working and there were no blanket for a cold night.

I booked a hotel with them and my flight been cancelled for a reason and I tried to cancel my booking or change the booking for another days they refused and I didn’t get any money back

Location: Very high up the mountain, but quiet and close to the center.
The rooms have not been renovated for a very long time. There is mold in the bathrooms.
There was no cleaning, I stayed there for a week and never got away.
The staff is ready to help with everything and this is the only plus.

Not a bad hotel, with a good location, for those who like to walk. For those who have problems going up the mountain, it will be difficult without transport.
