Nice little hotel but very noisy as you can hear anything happening on the street and some staff have little English/ unknowledgeable of the city/info

Hard pass if you're looking for a smoke free environment. Entry doors are kept wide open and staff stand in them smoking 24/7. Obviously, it infiltrates the entire place. Definitely not a customer service oriented facility.

The stay is ok. Just that the air conditioning seems to have some issue. It blows out hot air instead of cool air. Also, tv screen is distorted. We call the reception to fix it.
The tv was fixed but not the air conditioning.
They told us outside is cold, therefore it is hot air. But we wanted the room to be cooling not sunna. After some try to communicate with them, they managed to have cool air for us. It seems the air conditioning is centralised control.
