Lausos Hotel Sultanahmet Reviews

Staff are exceptional, very supportive. The room sizes are not as large as shown in pictures. Room need slots of cosmetic work. There are water stains in bathrooms. Neither the rooms nor the common area has microwaves. So, we had to request the staff to provide warm water throughout our stay. Having ability to warm up water by the guests themselves is very important, especially, if there are young children. The staff were more than supportive and very helpful.

I Would like to share with you a story happened to me in hotel lausos, I selected by random but when I went there I found really very prettly helpful man, my young son had birthday during his vacation they prepared for him party and gave him present it was nice day for him and also they help really for everything they spent with time to explain the location. The location of hotel is really strategic you are surrounded of symbolic touristic you don't need to make plan to go over there. I would like thank beret and Karin and also manager Muhmet for his help it was really nice vacation with them Lakhdar kheloufi

Excellent location and service! The front desk staff spoke excellent English and gave us great information on visiting local sights which were all within easy walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby too. It was nice receive a warm welcome when we returned from our daily outings. The view from our room was amazing - go for the honeymoon suite, you won’t regret it!!!

We stayed for 5 days in the hotel. And the first day itself we told that the water was going very slowly from the shower area and it was disgusting to use like that. They said they will fix it but never did. And they did not change our room as well. But we stayed. And then when we were about to checkout we requested to do the pcr test since we were flying on the day after. And they brought a nurse and did the test. And on night we got the results and it was positive, but we never had any symptoms of any kind. They said we had to be in quarantine for 10 days and have to pay for those days. So we complained about the shower again, and they changed our room within minutes which they didn’t do before. And we said we didn’t believe the result since we didn’t have any symptoms, and we went to nearby clinic to do the test again. And the next day when we got the results, it was negative. We showed the result to hotel people, and the guy insisted that the result was fake, but it had the health stamp and it was showing in their health portal as well. He said even though we had a negative result we will not be able to fly. We called the airline company and we asked if we can fly. They said if we bring he negative result we will be able to fly. We went the other day to airport and we were able to fly. Now we are in our country and we did the test again, and it is negative. Some people said that some of the hotel people do that to keep customers in the hotel for more days.

we stayed 5 nights in this hotel, the staff was very nice and attentive but no complaint was resolved I suppose they only carry out the orders of their boss, once payment is made, we prove to rally as much as possible. we want it, nothing will be done I am sure that this hotel was very good, but in 2022 it is a real ruin in normal times this hotel must be closed. We never saw the cleaning lady, we asked her to only do check-outs. we arrived at 6 p.m. and the rooms were not yet ready, the breakfast was very basic. flee this hotel even if it is free.

Pas d'air conditionné ou vmc pour renouveler l'air, le petit dejeuner est une blague, la majorité des chambres n'ont pas de vue, meme de panneaux ne pas deranger sur les portes, lit trop petit, bref le prix public affiché entre 200 et 400€ est une blague. Cet hotel ne merite pas 4 etoiles

Hors mis l’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel le reste est catastrophique petit déjeuner médiocre rien avoir avec les photos dû sites pas de viennoiseries ni jus d’orange niveau confiture une seul présente contrairement a ce qu’on voit sur les photos avec plusieurs petits pots, le café absent ou soluble, niveau insonorisation si vous êtes dans les les chambres au 1 étage bon courage pour dormir car vous allez avoir l’impression d’avoir les voitures dans votre chambre, la circulation non stop tout la nuit sans interruption aucun insonorisation, si vous avez la chance de vous payer une suite peut-être que vous entendrez rien mais je doute, chambres avec plusieurs dégâts des eaux pas réparé, rideaux trop petits pour les fenêtres, j’ai pris une chambre familiale l’espace enfant est un tout petit sans fenêtre. Enfin voilà éviter cet hôtel franchement au vue du niveau des transports sur İstanbul éloigné vous un petit peu ou prenez le arcadia blue juste à côté et pas beaucoup plus cher mais de meilleur qualité.

Не понравилось ! Душ был сломан ( не было лейки от душа!) ! Номер прокурен ! Очень маленький! Российские каналы по телевизору не показывали! Хотели обратиться к администратору ,его на месте не оказалось , ждать долго не было сил после длительных экскурсий! Не рекомендую! Единственный плюс хорошие место расположения отеля и вид из окна!

Отель старый и очень уставший.Все поломано.В первый день нам дали номер на 4 этаже,хороший вид из окна,но …душ не работал,шторы рваные,крепления поломаны и грязный санузел.(всё это ужасно ,после 12 часов дороги ,ночью даже помыться было невозможно )На следующий день поменяли номер ,после приведенных доказательств,что жить там невозможно.Но от этого не стало лучше,вид из окна на стройки и разломанные крыши,те же шторы …ладно хоть душ работал!В номере нет минимума для городского отеля(вода,чайник,чай)Даже ,предложила доплату,руководство не согласилось поменять на номер больше и лучше (хотя отель был наполовину пуст).Хозяин отеля,явно не любит русских (что было заметно во всех его словах и действиях).Этот отель,единственный за мою историю,кто не поздравил меня с днем рождения,И !!! для моих цветов,в этот день не было вазы!!!(зато она нашлась после моего отъезда и ,оставшиеся розы,прекрасно стояли в ней на ресепшен)Завтраки очень скудные.Нет кофемашины.(дешевый нескафе).Нет горячего питания (видимо,в отеле нет кухни).Единственный плюс отеля-это расположение для туристов -площадь Султанахмет и остановка рядом) Отель не рекомендую на 100%.Поверьте,не в первый раз в Стамбуле,есть с чем сравнивать.

Такси вызванное из отеля- обманывает. Мне сказали в отеле ,что трансфер отель-аэропорт -500 лир. Таксист попросил 650 лир. Будьте осторожны. Завтрак - могло бы быть лучше, зачем интересно натертая морковь и свекла с майонезом на завтраке? Из молочки - молоко. Могли бы и йогурт предложить. Посуды постоянно не хватает. Персонал либо глупый,либо безразличный. Нужно постоянно просить -подойдите,принесите. Номер с ванной,которую никак не принять. Со дня заезда просила пробку для ванной,ноль реакции. Заранее подошла попросила,можно ли завтрак с собой тк выезжаю очень рано. Вначале сказали -да, накануне отказали. Честно, очень неприятно. Отелей с таким видом там достаточно. И с лучшими завтраками конечно...

Удобное расположение отеля, достопримечательности, транспорт в шаговой доступности, вежливый персонал, в номерах чисто, уютно. Завтраки.в номерах кондиционер, бесплатный сейф и Wi-Fi. Заселили сразу по прибытию, быстро и оперативно. Встречал сам владелец отеля, понимает и говорит на русском языке.
