Amazing place with so nice and humble guys on reception. Our room while reservation was Delux room with city view. But Hotal gave us Delux room with Bosphor bridge view. And you know, at night it was amazing beautiful. Woke up to the sound of seagulls and our children feeded up them ))) So nice place.
And also appreciate guys, they helped us with market, posts, and with advices.
Thank you Elenaz hotel for great vocation!

The location of this hotel is very convenient, the room is large, and the breakfast is average. It would be better if there were more choices and better arrangements. It is just an ordinary hotel.

The hotel is very clean and centrally located. The staff is very nice and helpful. We had a good stay and recommend the hotel.

Cleanliness : The cleanliness was satisfactory. The balcony was a bit dirty but it didn't matter because it was small and you won’t walk out often.
Ease of visit : We just stayed two nights and it was very easy for us to visit the attractions on the European side of Istanbul (we went through the attractions on foot).
Food : Breakfast was plenty options for the food and drink, which was out of our expectations.
Staff : The staff was nice and arranged the transit for us that makes our journey efficient.
