I highly recommend this hotel (Crowne Plaza Oryapark).. Exceptionally clean hotel with Amazing Customer Service,The food at their restaurant was fresh and delicious, the rooms are quite comfortable. My entire stay at the hotel was excellent and pleasant from the very beginning to end! The hotel staff was absolutely amazing in all areas and all aspects of guest services and care. I am very impressed by the level of professionalism and positivity that I experienced from the moment that I stepped into the hotel. When I checked in, I had the pleasure of having Emre assist me. Emre was very professional, helpful and acknowledged me as a Diamond member. Throughout my stay, he graciously assisted me with any questions that I had along with providing me with recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. Ali and Emirhan were also very helpful and gracious as well. They introduced me to Levent, their manager. I was able to let Levent know how happy I was with Emre, Ali and Emirhan's helpfulness, professionalism and level of service! Additionally, I had the pleasure to meet Esref Gun, the Banquet Manager. Esref is definitely a valuable resource to the Hilton Kozyatagi! He personally sought me out in the restaurant to introduce himself and offer his assistance during my stay as well as gave me beautiful fresh fruit plates and beverages that were delivered to my room. His graciousness and hospitality were so appreciated. The fresh fruit plates were such a nice touch and something I will always remember! The Executive Lounge and restaurant staff were amazing! Meryem, in the Executive Lounge, was so attentive, pleasant and hospitable! The restaurant staff were equally as attentive, pleasant and hospitable! Miroy and Burak were so attentive and friendly! And Neslihon, the breakfast chef, was so good! She actually remembered my omelet each morning without me having to ask. The food that was served in the Executive Lounge and restaurant for breakfast was absolutely delicious and of the highest quality! Honestly, the best food that I have ever experienced at a Hilton Hotel! My compliments to Esref to his banquet team of chefs, as well as to the Executive Lounge and restaurant staff!

Stayed here for 12 nights in a two bedroom suite. Helpful staff. We arrived early in the morning at 5.30am and they gave us a one bedroom to stay in for a few hours which was good for the kids as they were very tired. Then they moved us to a two bedroom suite in the afternoon. Location was good as there is a shopping mall next door with good eating options with other restaurants nearby. Good for transportation as buses and taxis were easy to get. Breakfast was good with Tayfun and his colleagues always happy to see us in the morning. The sauna and steam room was great and a nice pool area. Great views from our corner room. The room was showing signs of needing repairs. The shower tray was very soft so felt like we were having a shower standing on a sponge. Other than that enjoyed our stay and would stay here again Tip - if you are travelling from UK, you will need power adapters as all plug sockets were two pin sockets

It was a pretty strange stay and probably easiest to list the pros and cons. Pros: Location - if you want a real sense of life in Istanbul, away from the tourist areas, then this is great. We did enjoy this aspect. Staff - the staff were friendly, courteous and well-meaning. Air con - our room was beautifully cool. Great air con and a balcony which was nice. Food - the food/room service was very cheap. The French toast was the best we’d ever had! Views - we loved the view from our balcony of many colourful Turkish buildings. Shower - great, powerful shower! Cons: Location - It was very difficult to get taxis to, as the surrounding roads were shut. It’s also in a very hilly/bumpy area so not a pleasant drive. Sleep - The room featured blinds with gaps in between, meaning the room was never dark and got light very quickly. There were also small ceiling windows dotted around that couldn’t be covered and kept the room even brighter. The walls were actually the thinnest I have ever experienced, and it felt like we were in a caravan. The whole floor seemed to shake if someone shut their door, and you could hear everything your neighbours did/said (including showering and more!). Room - our room had extremely low ceilings and therefore the bed also had to be very low to the ground. Certain areas of the room were only accessible by crouching down to reach. I wouldn’t stay here again, through no fault of the staff, just the difficulties in travel and the inevitable sleep deprivation.

He referred me everywhere and really helped when needed. What a hunk. Super friendly and honest. Always helpful. His other colleague also a nice man. Location is ideal. Definitely eat or drink at the cafe / restaurant opposite. Delicious meal and top service. The metro is a 5-minute walk away and you can then reach the pier in 10 minutes and also cross over to the European part. Price, quality fine.
