Very good location close to airport, very clean with comfortable bed, the staff were very kind and helpful even I had a very late check in Mr Alican at the reception made very easy and smooth.

It's in a good location from Istanbul Airport, so I had a good night's rest before heading out. It was nice that the inside of the room was newly decorated. If only the shuttle service was available, it would be perfect.

Not very satisfied, the decoration smell is serious, the breakfast is very inappropriate, and it is not worth the price at all. We asked the front desk to make an appointment for a taxi. This taxi cannot use the POS machine. The distance between the taxi and the hotel is also included in the price. It is not as cost-effective as Uber. The service at the front desk is okay.

Stayed here for 1 night before our flight to London from IST airport the following day. Pros: - Hotel is located near the IST airport. - There is an airport bus Havaist 5A that stops at a bustop that is 2 mins walk away from the hotel. - Free early check-in along with a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room. - Amenities were basic but adequate considering the price. - Starbucks located in the lobby. - Breakfast has a live egg cooking station. Cons: - Sound proofing not good as it can be quite noisy when the heavy trucks passing by use their horn. We can also hear the people when they are outside our room and the closing of doors. Giving a 5 star rating based on the price paid against the value received.

Amazing staff. Amazing Team. I stayed there 2 nights and it was a really good stay. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were great and the staff were very friendly. The restaurants are fantastic and the staffs are great. Mr. Ramazan Kaptan, the Food and Beverage Manager, was especially interested in us. I would also like to thank him and his team. It is definitely among the hotels I can recommend.

Reception service was excellent! Yasin was welcomed and friendly, check in was quick and optimal!
Rooms are cold in this hotel, no heating, but it's normal for Turkey . There are only air-conditions in the rooms.
The breakfast is poor,
and there was little choice.
In real 3 star hotel, not 4

It was a exceptional experience staying at ibis airport Istanbul.staff were very welcoming helpful and attentive, Excellent service from front desk personal as well as food service personal. Specially breakfast was amazing and of course service . Thanks to all staff for their great warm and welcoming service,
