I stayed in a room with an open-air bath with my family. First of all, I was very satisfied with the food, as the other reviews. As for the hot springs, the open-air bath with good spring quality and sea view was the best. The room was perfectly spacious and clean and comfortable with 12 tatami mats, 6 tatami mats and 3 tatami mats. Finally, the wonderful place of this inn is the wonderful place where the hospitality spirit is wonderful. I felt warm and attentive everywhere.

They were incredibly polite and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay. Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions or assistance with my room, the staff was always available and eager to help. Been wanting to experience this hotel for years and finally did it and it didn't disappoint. The hotel was ready for the reception before I arrived. When I walked to the door of the hotel, the waiter asked for my name and prepared a shoe tray with my name on it so that we could leave shoes at the door. The hotel itself is very easy to visit, and it is very popular. Each of the four public baths has its own merits. The No. 1 bath has a history of nearly a hundred years and is very worth experiencing, followed by the No. 3 open-air hot spring and the No. 4 half-open-air half-half open-air hot spring. I ordered a breakfast and dinner package, and a waiter came to the room to prepare the meals and set the table, and patiently introduced the dishes and eating methods to us, and took pictures for us. What needs to be reminded is that the breakfast starts at 8 o'clock, which is relatively late. It may be to let the guests have a good rest. I didn't know in advance. On the day of departure, an earlier train has been booked, and I have discussed with the hotel for early breakfast. 　The first time we chose the back of the inn at Shuzenji Onsen, it was the Yukoro Kikuya. It is located almost in the center of the hot spring town of Shuzenji, and if you follow the prefectural road that runs through the northern bank of the Katsura River, there is an entrance to the inn, and there is a parking lot next to it. From the entrance to the main body of the inn, you will pass over the lobby built on the bridge over the Katsura River. Check-in is done on the sofa in this lobby, so you can see the Katsura River from just above the river. As the name ”Yu Corridor” suggests, many hot water areas are connected by long corridors. From those hot springs, I could see the beautiful garden of the inn. The dinner I was looking forward to was called ”Quasi Sakana Kaiseki”, and I was able to choose some dishes as I liked. We were two of us, and we dared to eat different dishes, but each dish looked beautiful and very delicious. Our accommodation plan was a plan to have draft beer free in the private lounge, so we had draft beer in the hot spring and relaxed.

■ Location 　Take a bus (220 yen cash only) from Shuzenji Station and get off at Miyukibashi, 2-3 minutes. The other side across the new bridge along the Katsura River. It might be more fun if you make it a fair specification such as cotton candy. On the contrary, it is a mess, so it is not recommended for those who want to enjoy it slowly or emphasize the atmosphere. ■ Amenities 　In front of the Daily Yamazaki convenience store in the ryokan, you can take whatever you want as much as you like. I think that management efforts to reduce personnel and maintenance costs are rational, only for Obako Hotel. I think the service of choosing a yukata is very good. Wouldn't it be nice to have a special yukata for a fee? If there is a design that looks good on Instagram. ■ Hospitality 　The check-in time was around 17:00, so I contacted them in advance. At that time, there are only two dinners at 18:00 and 18:30, and the 19:45 two-part system is not being done at this time, so I hurried to the hotel without eating lunch. At the front desk of the inn, it was said that after 18:00, there would be a two-part system at 19:30, and there was a discrepancy between the phone and time. Although I complained about it, the woman at the reception was indifferent, with no apology or confirmation, whether the complaint was a daily occurrence. Perhaps the person on the phone misunderstood and told the time, but I asked if there was 19:45, and although I insisted that it was not, I regret that I told the wrong time. . I can't help but make a mistake, but I was disappointed because there was no follow-up at the reception.

The water is clear, and the temperature is not too hot and too wet. I used it in the morning in the rental state, but this is also a luxury time. The cherry blossom rental open-air bath has two types: ”urara no Yu” and ”nukumi no Yu”. It costs 45 minutes and 2200 yen, but I think you can experience it once. The facilities are even more beautiful. There is also an inner hot water in the space made of wood, and you can spend an elegant time watching the sea in the open air outside. Of course, there is a good washroom. Unlike the public bath, this is a little hot because of the hot water of the water. If you stay at Shuzenji for more than 3 nights, this is a good choice. If only 2 nights, it is recommended to stay in a spa town. Although the hotel has a shuttle bus, it still has a distance from the center. The hotel is very old and was once an upscale hotel. There is a sense of crossing in the living, many parent-child activities can participate, and in the mountains, you can take a walk on the mountain to participate in activities. The hot springs are not amazing, it is not bad. Breakfast did not come up to eat, dinner is a buffet, there are not many varieties, but the products can be produced. And the service is really good. In general, it won't let you down.

The rooms are large, the facilities are good, clean and comfortable. Especially the room has an open-air private hot spring, facing Mount Fuji, soaking in the hot spring, this experience is amazing! The view is wide, and you can see the tip of Mount Fuji and a golf course from the balcony. Because it is in the mountains, the traffic is more inconvenient, but the hotel has a shuttle bus. In addition, there are many bugs in the mountains, so be careful to close doors and windows. It takes about 18 minutes by car from Shuzenji Station. I especially want to praise Ctrip’s service. We were not convenient to play with our luggage. We contacted Ctrip’s customer service, helped contact the hotel’s shuttle bus driver, and helped us transport the luggage to the room in advance. And I asked for some room facilities information, and Ctrip went to verify it immediately, which was very efficient. The sense of the vessel is truly amazing, and the food itself is wonderful. I'm not the type to find surprises or new discoveries, but Coco has originality and a sense of specialness that makes me feel at ease. The amazing thing about this ryokan is that it doesn't make you feel formal at all, even though it's particular about beauty and has ”class and dignity”. There is nothing like the ulterior motive of trying to show better than the essence. Therefore, families are very welcome. When I first visited him, my eldest son was 1 and a half years old.
