I was very surprised. From the welcome ceremony upon entering the hotel to checking out: it was like enjoying the level of an emperor and an empress. When you stay in the hotel, you can enjoy it all in the hotel.

The room was a haven of comfort and elegance, while dining at the hotel's restaurants was a culinary delight. The Leela Palace Jaipur is a true gem, offering an unforgettable retreat where every moment is infused with sophistication and charm. Highly recommended for a luxurious escape in the heart of Jaipur. Your prompt responses and willingness to fulfill ad-hoc requests were truly commendable. Keep up the excellent work! Service: The service was incredibly efficient, almost seeming to predict your needs before you even voiced them. Food: Amazing range of verities. Accommodation: My stay in the Villa room was characterized by spaciousness, comfort, and stylish design. This was probably my favorite hotel in India, it was just spectacular. It was like being in a fairytale land! The hotel was recommended by our tour operator, Luxury Golden Triangle Tours, and it was an excellent choice. I can’t even begin to describe how beautiful it was and the service was outstanding — the service in India was generally outstanding, but the Leela upped it a notch! The hotel is outside the city, which is in its favor, I’m glad we didn’t stay in the city. The main restaurant requires reservations so make them when you check-in. If you like fish and chips, everyone in my group loved them (room service) and breakfast was excellent. Like most hotels in India water was plentiful in the room, but in glass bottles so carry a water bottle so you can take some to go.

We had a phenomenal experience at the Leela in Jaipur. What sets Leela apart from other accomodation that we have stayed at, is that from the moment you arrive, till the moment you leave, you feel immensely welcomed and cared for. It truly is an experience rather than a stay. Thank you to Tripti and Nilotpol for their exceptional customer service and hospitality. Thank you to A***deep (I believe that was his name), for being an extremely kind, accomodating and excellent chef. Hats off to the team at Leela!

We recently visited this property for a short stay,and we were so glad we choose it. It is a perfect place to relax over the weekend with family and friends. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. Our butler Sudeshna was gem and left no stone unturned to make us and kids feel special. Kids specially love the evening program showcasing Rajasthani dance ,music and even puppet show. Even the rooms are very comfortable and luxuriously done. We will certainly be back."

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff especially Mr Harender sharma who was so kind enough to give us so ***y gifts and goodies as we were celebrating our son’s 2nd birthday. The attention to the guests and hospitality was 10/10. Most friendly and helpful team and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service by Aryan who was serving us in the rooms throughout and Mohan mahal, where we had the traditional dinner. What a restaurant! Food was good and service was attentive and efficient. Our villa itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This was our first stay at Leela and I was stunned to see the property. It showcases the rich culture and heritage of Rajasthan. The schedule and activities to keep one busy is something really good. There are a lot of things to do like cultural activities in the evening ***** with high tea and snacks. The staff was really good. Arpita, Aarya Sharma , Amar , Deependra , Chef A*** were exceptional in their service and taking good care of us. Thanks for the warm hospitality
