I booked a room throught their app & it was my mistake that without seeing room I paid full amount, When I entered in room I was facing difficulty to open as key was not accessable easily, Later i found that there is no tissue paper in restroom, Towels seems like we are staying in dormitory rooms at bus stand,Table in room was placed with spot, TV control remote was not accessable easily, Front office person sent a person with me in room & he even didn't ask single time to carry my luggage as was very tired, No security person was there to guide you & help open a entrance gate, After spending 15 mins in room I went to reception with my luggage & asked Front office person to check out my room, He shared his GM number which was connected at front office I called & it was directly ringing at landline which was placed at counter (front office) seems like I don't know anything????? Later after asking me to provide number of his ***ager he shared visiting card, Front office ***ager was explaining me about refund policies but not even a said single word that if their guests don't feel comfortable while check-in then we can talk to ***agement about your refund, Not acceptable, I'm not going to share such kind of hotels with anyone in future, ***agement I want my refund asoney earns by someone is very hardly,or else will share review again.
