Visited the property with around 15 families. The check-in was smooth, stay was nice and comfortable. The ambience and location is great, overlooking Jaisalmer fort. The food is homestyle and tasty. Overall a good experience for everyone.

Spacious clean room near to pool give mesmirising view of vyas chattris and fort just outside from your review, best sunrise and sunsetview from the hotel, staff is very helpful and polite, food quality is awesome. Highly recommend for corporate travellers.

The place and service both are amazing. Extremely caring staff. Food is also delicious.We had an amazing experience there. We 3 girls were staying and feel quite safe. They offered great service and genuine staff. Aesthetic ambience.

The stay was fantastic with all the amenities and cordial staff. Aesthetic view with swimming pool, royal ambience. Perfect place to chill and enjoy the vacation. Food was tasty and hygienic. Rooms were neat and clean. Strongly recommended !

The property was good , but the service was worst wrt to the property , the bathrooms were not clean, the rooms were low lit ,bulbs were fused and the food service was also so average, according the price they charged during their season , no as such amenities were provided to us .

It was horrible and can’t be captured in writing. Dirty bed sheets, dirty towels, there was a an old torn underwear in washroom, lock was faulty, had to wait outside for lock to be broken. Water was provided in day one, for other days they charged for it. Geyser was not working in one room, so had to change the room. In other room hot water supply stopped and had to use cold water for bathing in december winter. Breakfast options l- very ordinary and food looked stale. For every serving call had to wait for hour. Staff after 9pm were too drunk to be talked to.

Property looks good and plenty of open space. Need to improve customer service, food and room cleanliness.

Had a very nice experience of two days at himmatgarh palace. Very cordial staff. Got a complimentary room upgrade. Highly recommended for anyone travel-ling to jaisalmer.

I had a great stay at the property this past weekend. The staff was helpful. The location and the views from the property were amazing.

Property is good but maintanance and services were poor. Water was salty, services in breakfast was so poor and behaviour of staff was such that they are distributing it free to crowd.

The property was great, it had a lively open atmosphere also had, a good fort view, behavior of the staff was good and friendly. Only thing needed was proper maintainence of the property, would've made it a better experience.

The property is too pathetic. Water in washroom is salty and reddish in color. Uncleaned towels no proper food. There is no proper maintenance of doors and windows. Smelly bedsheets. In all we had very bad experience staying here which ruined our trip

This Hotel is the worst of all the Hotels I have ever visited, we reached late night, some how we spend few hours here and checked-out early int he morning. Bed-sheets were torn, with stain marks. Insects in the room very very bad conditions of the rooms bathroom door lock was not functional Location is good, but property is in very very bad shape, nobody stays here, we were the only one when we visited. Worst part was when we were checking out, the manager asked us to "Please give psoitive feedbacks" and offered us free Camel rise at SAM. I request visiters to please give genuine and true feedbacks, I booked this property online checking the reviews and was some-how mis-guided, it was very very bad experience travelling with family, We checked out and walked in to the Sarovar Portico, it was a great relief for us.

Good experience. I stayed on diwali night good ambience and very friendly staff. Decent quality food
