Four Points by Sheraton Asheville Downtown Reviews

A great and affordable option for downtown Asheville. It is next to the highway, but our room faced the city center and was very quiet. Within walking distance of all of downtown’s main sights. Highly recommended!

It's pretty good. The environment inside the room is good, but the lobby is a little shabby. The price is not expensive.

The location has been the deciding factor for both of my stays there. Easy access to major roads, a large free parking lot and simply cross one street and you begin your walking tour of Asheville’s historic downtown area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A 5th star would be achieved if they included a nice breakfast Buffett .

The staff and everyone at the hotel was awesome. Loved their stay. Beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet. Didn’t get woke up once.

The staff were very helpful and kind. I do think the pics online are a little misleading as we expected it to be a bit fancier but other than being a little dated it was a nice hotel and very clean. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted. Nothing was more than a 15-20 min walk. I’d recommend and we will definitely stay here again.

Didn't like the homeless guy asking for a cigarette appreciated my vehicle parked right at the entrance. The hotel and restaurant need an update with the prices being asked. Friendly staff was the best part.

We had a room on the 3rd floor that looked straight onto a roof. I felt like I was in a basement apartment in college. The decor, furniture, and lighting are outdated. The bathroom is tiny. On the plus side: easy parking, dining option - the Chop House and Bar is good, it is really close to downtown (2-3 blocks) with lots of restaurants, breweries, and retail, etc. The BEST thing about this place is its people. They are so kind and accommodating. Everyone had a smile on their faces. It’s not the Ritz, but overall it was a nice four night stay.

We stayed on ground level in a handicap room that had apparently recently been update by changing to a wider door. We had no safety latch and the deadbolt did not line up to work. We could not change rooms as they were booked and no one bothered to come look at the door after we brought up our concern.

Property is conveniently located and reasonably priced (especially when you factor in that parking is included and available). Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Location is great. Front desk staff was super friendly. The cleaning staff were knocking very early the day of checkout.

This Four Points is...fine. Staff are good and friendly. Parking didn't cost a fee, and it's walkable in Downtown Asheville. No, it's not the most up-to-date, but the price ir right.

It’s an older hotel, so if you’re a light sleeper, you will hear doors closing on from the floors above you, below you and definitely on your floor. If you are on the highway side, you will hear the cars driving. Breakfast wasn’t even included for $303 /night.

This seems like a typical modern hotel. Nothing elegant but serviceable for sure and nice and safe and quiet.
