I've stayed here every summer for the past 4 years. The hotel is, conveniently located to various area attractions, including the National Comedy Center and the Lucille Ball Museum. It's always clean, quiet, and the rooms are perfect. Staff is always friendly and readily answers questions about the area. HOWEVER, if you rely on internet access for anything, avoid this place. The Wi-Fi is so slow as to be unusable. I work while I travel, and need access to faster speeds than offered at this location. McDonald's offers faster internet, for free.

Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Pet friendly and good space to not feel cramped as a family in the King suite with sofa bed. Staff was super friendly. When I learned that this hotel was last renovated in 2018 I was shocked. The place definitely needs some tlc especially in the common areas. Tiles in the elevator broken or missing grout. Hallway carpet totally worn down. Outside doors on the north side have a fairly good sized gap at the bottom - plenty big enough for who knows what to crawl through. Bottom line though is that the room was clean. Given how hard it is to find a clean pet friendly hotel I will take the the problems in the common areas as a byproduct. Would stay again as this is the best option we have found along I-90 western New York. Yes it’s about thirty minutes from I-90, but we’ve tried every other pet friendly hotel on the stretch and they are old and dirty. So this was a very welcome clean hotel.
