The staff is fantastic and humble specially Mr Fares. What really motivated me to write this review is his hospitality and humble nature. My colleagues and i was the only vegetarian in the hotel and there was no options for vegetarian in hotel buffet. So we requested Mr Fares that we can't have this can we have something in vegetarian and he accepted the request and asked the chef to prepare something for us. And later on he kept on Asking about our well-being. Mr fares and his team members really made our stay comfortable. I really appreciate him for his wonderful hospitality. ☺️

I stayed for 4 days in this hotel as part of quarantine package in the month of feb 22. Amazing room with all digital controlled circuits be it curtains, room lighting, cooling system. Beautiful decorated spacious rooms. Food was better than expected. Being vegetarian, I know my options were going to be very limited but chef really helped me by making veg pastas and falafel sandwich etc. I would like to stay here again, for sure not under quarantine package, to explore more on the available facilities. Here I would like to give special thanks to the reception team (sorry I forgot the name of the lady and the guy on the reception ) who were always ready to helped me and assist at each and every steps during quarantine. A will surely stay again in this hotel.

Stayed here for 5 nights. There is a washing machine and kitchen in the room, which is a very useful facility for long-term stays. You have to write on the blackboard next to the door whether you want to clean the room or not. Even though I checked for cleanup, there was one day that it wasn't cleaned. It's close to the airport and costs about 1000 yen by Uber. I think it's a convenient hotel overall.

No breakfast, close to the exhibition hall, walk for ten minutes, the health will not be cleaned, need to say hello to the front desk, there is a microwave oven, the room does not need to change the plug, the overall service is good, can only be set on Ctrip Big bed room, because we two people, we went to the store and took the initiative to help us change into a twin room. It is also close to the Chinese restaurant, and it takes 15 minutes by taxi.
