酒店老闆非常熱情，看我們一行四人皆是老弱病殘還帶着輪椅，熱心幫我們提行李，推輪椅。我們住了兩個標間，雖然朝着馬路但是真的很安靜，房間窗户隔音很好，房間舒適，早餐很好吃，很喜歡葱油拌麪，吃早餐時再次感受到對我們的熱情

來建甌出差好幾次以前都是住尚客優那幾家，但都是“照騙”，反差挺大的，這次看這家新裝修過來體驗下，沒想到 性價比特別高，全新裝修，免費停車，挺乾淨的，有點可惜現在早餐廳還在裝修不然就是絕絕子，但還是很不錯的，來建甌閉眼沖就沒錯

設施比較新，雖然到了晚上屋頂漏水一直滴答滴答很吵，和前台説了後也馬上上來查看，並幫忙換了房間，真的體驗感很好！！

位置不錯，停車有點擁擠，正常招待所的水平吧，但是早餐還是不錯的。老闆是温州平陽人很健談，周邊小吃店不少。
