I drove to Shaxi from Shangri-La without making any plans in advance. The Lanlinge Garden Hotel was an absolute surprise. I arrived at around 9 pm. The hotel is very new. The ladies at the front desk were also very nice and specially upgraded me to a mountain view room! Breakfast is on the 5th floor, with a terrace with amazing views! The dishes and fruits are all good! The hotel is large, clean and has a good environment! I will choose here again next time I come, and I also recommend it to friends who drive by car!

The sensor light in the room could not be turned off, which led to me searching for the switch early in the morning before going to bed. I then went to the front desk to solve the problem. The front desk also couldn't solve the problem and finally changed rooms, which greatly affected my sleep. Shaxi is beautiful, but I will definitely not stay in this hotel again. The experience was very poor.
