房間很大，設施齊全，距離梵凈山景區幾分鐘的車程，老闆安排了免費的景區接送服務，到的那天挺晚了，就在餐廳用的晚餐，點的幾個菜都沒有踩雷，挺不錯的！

房間非常大，挨着小溪親近大自然。酒店服務好，7點準備好早餐送我們去梵凈山東門，讓我們擁有舒適的旅程。餐廳味道也不錯，推薦推薦。

房間住着很舒服，配套齊全，房間望出去是一條河流，休息可以散散步。酒店的飯菜也挺不錯！離景區東門開車10分鐘左右，很方便。

酒店服務很熱情，有提前聯繫發送位置，也會提醒景區相關的訊息。周邊比較安靜，適合喜靜的，能很好的放鬆心情，看看綠植聽聽潺潺流水的聲音。咖啡也很不錯，爬完山回來喝個小咖啡看看書啥的，店裡有很多書籍可以借閲，還是蠻不錯的。

帶小朋友出遊，酒店還有手工製作體驗，除了爬梵凈山沒想到還有這樣的親子活動，真的很不錯。管家小姐姐的手好巧噢，那個大龍真的好好看，小孩太小就體驗了一下小龍，小孩玩的很開心，做出來很有成就感，回學校還去和小朋友分享。酒店整體乾淨整潔，住着很安靜也很舒服。

酒店環境幽靜，有自己的停車場，方便停車，離景區東門比較近。會提前聯繫告知到店路線，管家挺貼心的，酒店裡有餐廳可以用餐，會提前提醒點餐。周邊也有吃的，開車相對比較方便。

這是七封信在梵凈山的新店。我覺得性價比極其高，新店，乾淨衞生設施新，寬敞明亮空氣好，雖然不在梵凈山山腳，但是門前的玻璃水般清透的河也絕對是一道靚麗的風景，所以，硬件上完全可以9.9分（0.1是謙虛）。至於軟件服務，那更沒得挑，客服小姐姐提前幾天就會打電話加微信，發周邊遊+美食的Pdf供住客參考，還會温馨提醒梵凈山購票、預約索道的注意事項，排雷避雷不踩坑，服務絕對周到。迎賓水果在入住前就放好在房間，晚上還有解暑綠豆湯。這個10分客服小姐姐絕對當之無愧。至於早餐，也還不錯，挺豐富挺好吃的。唯一的遺憾是，我們去的時候天氣過於涼爽，沒法享用頂樓的私人泳池，不然孩子在上面遊，大人躺在搖搖的圓床上可以透過透明的玻璃房頂看，簡直不要太愜意！這個設計真不錯！留點遺憾，下次再來吧！

住了兩晚，其中有一晚中間停電了4/5次，店員説是天氣原因導致停電。挺影響的，因為房間都挺智能的，每次停電通電之後都會有語音，我是管家有需要找我之類的，聲控，有時候隔音不太好，隔壁房大聲點都能幫你控制關空調關窗簾，中間就有幾次莫名其妙的被關空調了，過於智能了吧。
周邊風景還可以，但是外賣衹有一家燒烤的和酒店自己的，酒店的早餐一般般所以沒有在酒店吃過，燒烤的那家還可以

酒店被青山綠色環抱，環境真是絕了。房間也很大，全屋電子化。兩天晚餐都在酒店吃的，雖説選擇不多，但價格合理，口味也很好。管家小楊提前加了微信，告訴了酒店周邊的景點，還主動問我們是不是需要免費梵凈山的接送服務，對於客人的問題也是積極處理，這才是正真的管家一站式服務。
