Exceeded expectations, very satisfied, the lady at the front desk is very nice, the room is large, clean and comfortable, and there is a special cloakroom. Flowers are prepared in the room every day, as well as chrysanthemum tea, brown sugar ginger tea and lemonade, as well as different fruits. The hotel also provides afternoon tea coupons every day, which can be enjoyed in the Hawaiian Hall on the first floor. The service staff of the afternoon tea are very attentive and thoughtful. I didn’t pay attention to the name, so I also like it here.

Ctrip wanted to book two nights in a row, but the platform was unable to operate. After I called the hotel, I was told to make two reservations and not change rooms at that time, because adults and children have a lot of luggage. But on the second day, the hotel forced us to change rooms, saying that the room type I booked was different. Brother, then Ctrip didn’t have that room type that day. It was a problem with the platform and the front desk. Why should we bother the guests? He said that if he continued not to change rooms, he would have to pay hundreds of yuan! This is not a question of money, it is a matter of making people feel speechless when communicating! What I want to say is that this hotel has simple communication difficulties and brings us very bad emotions. It does not consider the feelings of its guests. All in all, I will never stay at this hotel. So disappointing.

酒店的體驗感真的很棒，雖然離綿陽近，也值得單獨來體驗一下，床墊和枕頭睡到很舒服，打掃客房的大姐是真熱情，又介紹房間佈局又給娃拿玩具的，一定真的很愛這個團隊！早餐非常好吃，這個酒店好評真不是刷的，確實趕得上大酒店的服務和衞生，希望酒店可以把小童樂園從早上開到晚上，中午不要關！

定的大床房，房間寬敞，衞生間乾濕分離，又淋浴，有浴缸，洗澡水很大。定的房型含雙人下午茶，在二樓陽光咖啡廳，可享用甜品、茶飲、咖啡。早餐的米粉和牛肉麪還不錯。酒店出去右拐第一個路口往前走的一條街邊有很多餐館，辦理入住的時候房間沒有打掃出來，等了一會兒，酒店很積極地處理了。

酒店位置很好找，酒店設施齊全，小童樂園和健身房都有配置，房間寬大，早餐品種多，推薦牛肉米線。特別是酒店服務很好，從前台到保潔服務都不錯，管家會提前聯繫然後服務，真正做到了“有求必應”，還專門為小朋友準備了“端午節的伴手禮”。大堂咖啡吧的現磨咖啡也很好喝，服務大姐非常周到貼心。這家應該是江油最好的酒店吧，下次去江油還會繼續選擇入住。

我要狠狠表揚一下這家酒店，服務絕對五星級，到酒店耀華管家全程服務幫我們搬行李，把我們一直送到房間，到房間後還貼心的給小朋友提供了拖鞋、牙刷、牙膏等小童用品，甚至床上用品都有小朋友單獨使用的枕頭、被子，還給小朋友送了變臉玩具，送了下午茶。第二天出門玩的時候，管家還貼心的給我們泡了一壺菊花茶，遊玩回來的晚餐也是在酒店完成的，吃了一頓酒店的海鮮自助，87元/人，性價比可以。非常推薦親子住宿，温馨、乾淨、貼心。

服務：這家真的是親子出行首選，簡直是酒店界的海底撈！服務熱情主動周到！一到酒店就主動幫忙拿行李帶到房間，給小朋友送水果、牛奶和玩具，還提供小朋友的牙刷拖鞋。加了一對一酒店管家會主動詢問需求，介紹吃的玩的，我們的耀華管家人特別好，很熱情細心有耐心，各種詳細介紹，還主動幫忙拼床。 設施：酒店早餐很豐盛，肥腸米粉很好吃，很入味！餐廳旁邊有免費小童樂園，小朋友可以釋放精力。還有游泳池，可惜我們沒帶泳衣，喜歡游泳的建議孩子或大人帶上泳衣。

環境非常好，房間看着非常乾淨，房間還準備了水果，去西餐用餐還有小龍蝦，菜品很好，收銀小喬態度很好，我今天退房了，我還有兩個客人還入住酒店，加了小喬聯繫方式，方便客人來用餐和買單，給我們帶來了方便，非常感謝
