Overall it's pretty good, but the soundproofing is very poor. You can hear people talking in other rooms early in the morning. It's very clear, just like standing next to the bed. Choose carefully if you have high privacy requirements. Others are okay.

一大家人定了4間房住了兩晚到建水古城住在他家，剛好把小院包了，，環境古香古色，老闆熱情耿直，房間乾淨，家人都非常滿意舒服，我都是做酒店行業，不比高星級酒店差。所以必須認真評論，第二天礦泉水，牙刷，一次性馬桶圈套都重新填補，主動詢問衞生需不需要打掃。最主要環境真心好。裝修細節就可以看出來。晚上老闆主動把座椅放在小院我們休息聊天，下次有機會再到建水必須再住這裏

滇東南自駕第二站建水古城，XC提前預訂了古城這家民宿，到店出乎意料的好。典型的白族風格小院。老闆娘是土生土長的建水古城人，熱情好客，小院是由老房子改造，設計師是老闆娘弟弟。房間處處都能看到主人的精心設計，小到牙刷香皂盒，大到傢俱陳設都很用心。實木傢俱、漂亮的吊燈床頭燈，品牌衞浴、小巧的綠色茶具，總之特別精緻，非常喜歡。
