客棧就在建水古城裡麪，距離朝陽門內第一家，非常非常方便，唯一的就是訂的時候沒注意停車的話是在城外的停車場，白天到達的車子開不進去，要拉着行李自己走進古城裡麪，不過客棧下來遊玩就很方便了。三個朋友住的親子房有閣樓很方便。乾淨衞生不錯

賓館衞生一般，裏面設施差，這個價位一點都不值得，退房又早，12點之前退房，最可恨的是，按金給我一張沒有邊角的，沒注意看，拿去消費人家不要，最差的一次體驗

賓館離朝陽樓很近，逛古鎮相當方便，停車處離賓館也僅5分鐘路程。賓館內設環境也很好，可以喝茶聊天打牌。住宿性價比較高，特別是在五一大假期間價格較公道，入住體驗還不錯。

賓館在古城裡，與朝陽門近在咫尺，位置實在是太好了。房間面積不算小又乾淨衞生沒有異味，中間的庭院種滿花草，感覺很舒服。我們是自駕來的，老闆出來接，停車場離賓館不遠，提供車票免費停車，建水很美物價又不高，下次過來還住這裏。

下訂單時先訂了2晚，後來想在古城多呆一天，於是再訂多一晚。賓館的位置好得很，房間乾淨衞生，庭院種滿花草，看着就舒服，值得推薦。

這次帶着長者和孩子們去，訂的是舒適三人間，位置很好找，就在建水古城的東門（朝陽樓）旁，
離古城裡麪的各個景區和建水觀光小火車站（臨安站）也很近，白天下樓就可以坐古城裡的觀光車，出行打車也方便，步行幾米到朝陽樓左側就可以上下車，很值得推薦。
衞生：房間、樓道都打掃得很乾凈
服務：老闆娘很客氣的，有任何疑難雜問她都會一一解答

房間大小剛剛好，設施有點陳舊，不過它勝在地理位置超級好，就在朝陽樓旁邊，去古城裡麪的景點都很近，找吃的也超級方便，總之，來建水住俊東是最優的選擇。
