good affdable option to be near airport. rooms are basic but ok for one night. staff is nice and offer free airport shuttle.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and I must say that the service was just okay. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, but there were some issues that left me feeling underwhelmed for example having a staff that does not speak English or did not use a translator to clearly communicate about getting a car from the hotel to the airport. The room itself was comfortable, and the hotel's location was convenient. In summary, my experience at this hotel was so-so. It met basic expectations, but there were several areas where improvement is needed, especially in terms of customer service.

Stayed near tianfu airport as I had a morning flight out the next day. The service staff were excellent and arranged a comfortable ride to the airport for me at 4:45am (it was a short 10-15min ride only!) The room was very clean and comfortable. Didn’t get the chance to explore around the area, but if you’re looking for a comfortable stay, especially before/after a flight at tianfu international airport, i highly recommend this hotel!

The decoration is relatively new. It is only ten minutes drive from the airport. There is no traffic jam. It is more convenient. I originally booked a twin room, but I arrived late and there was no room available. The boss gave me two double rooms without paying the difference. I took the subway to Tianfu. We were picked up from the hotel at the north exit B of the airport. Although the room was not big, it was clean and comfortable.

I have been very busy and have not been able to comment in time. This is the first time I arrived at Chengdu Tianfu Airport. I am not familiar with the surrounding hotel facilities. With the mentality of giving it a try, I booked Haiyue Hotel on Ctrip. The owner was very enthusiastic and arranged a car to pick me up Arriving at the hotel, the hotel facilities are ok, very clean, and the service is thoughtful. The boss personally delivered it to the terminal building for the night flight. The service is excellent, and it is worth recommending!

The first time I arrived at Tianfu Airport, it was still at 11 o'clock in the evening. I called the lady at the front desk and told the pick-up location very enthusiastically and in detail. The pick-up speed is fast, the service is good, the facilities and environment are good and the price is reasonable.

The overall service quality of the hotel has exceeded my expectations. The additional pick-up service also provides us with great convenience. It is not easy to get off the plane in the early morning, and the taxi and online car-hailing are too close and I don’t want to take the order, otherwise I will have to pay the price I just left. Fortunately, I called the hotel and said that it is free to pick me up at the airport. I must give it a big praise.
