good affdable option to be near airport. rooms are basic but ok for one night.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and I must say that the service was just okay. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, but there were some issues that left me feeling underwhelmed for example having a staff that does not speak English or did not use a translator to clearly communicate about getting a car from the hotel to the airport.
The room itself was comfortable, and the hotel's location was convenient.
In summary, my experience at this hotel was so-so. It met basic expectations, but there were several areas where improvement is needed, especially in terms of customer service.

Stayed near tianfu airport as I had a morning flight out the next day. The service staff were excellent and arranged a comfortable ride to the airport for me at 4:45am (it was a short 10-15min ride only!) The room was very clean and comfortable. Didn’t get the chance to explore around the area, but if you’re looking for a comfortable stay, especially before/after a flight at tianfu international airport, i highly recommend this hotel!

裝修比較新，離機場十幾分鍾車程，不堵車，比較方便，本來定的雙床房，去的比較晚，沒有房間了，老闆給了兩個大床房間，沒有補差價，地鐵坐到天府機場北B出口，酒店來接的，雖然房間不大，但乾淨舒適

一直都很忙沒能及時的評論，第一次到成都天府機場，對周邊的酒店設施不熟悉，抱着試試看的心態，在攜程定了海悦酒店，老闆很熱情，既安排車輛來接到酒店，酒店設施還可以，很乾凈，服務周到，由於趕夜班機老闆親自送到客運大樓，服務槓槓的，值得推薦！

第一次到天府機場，還是晚上11點，打電話到前台小姐姐很熱情詳細的告訴了接車地點，接機速度快，服務好，設施環境都不錯價格也合適。

酒店整體服務質量超出了我的預期，附加的接機服務也是為我們提供了很大的便利，凌晨下機不好車，出租車網約車都嫌太近了不想接單，不然就得價錢才走還好給酒店打電話説可以來機場接還是免費的，必須給個大大的贊
