The location of the hotel is perfect . It is within walking distance from airport exit. You can wheel your luggage cart to the hotel. Checking-in hotel was fast. All hotel staffs are very efficient and helpful. Since this is our second stay in the hotel in one month, Anna offered us free upgrade room from Barony Park hotel to Grand Barony hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. There’s shower and bath tub. Shower water pressure is pretty powerful. Breakfast has many options (Chinese breakfast and Western style). They’re all fresh cooked. Overall we are very happy with the quality of the hotel and will recommend it to anyone who visits Qingdao.

They communicated with guests in advance about the arrival time and needs and helped upgrade the room; Advantage 2 The check-in process and the service after check-in are also very good, and they can respond to needs quickly. The room is cleaned well, and there is no dust accumulation. Advantage 3 The hotel opened in 2024, and all kinds of facilities are very new, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, large TVs, bedding, bathtubs and showers. Let's talk about the disadvantages: Disadvantage 1 The decoration smell in the room is still very strong, especially when I checked in that night. Because there was no ventilation before, the decoration smell in the room gave me a headache and sore throat, so I kept the window open (but there was only a small window). At that time, I was ready to change to another hotel the next day. Maybe I opened the window for ventilation. The odor in the room didn't feel so strong the next day, so I continued to live for another day. Disadvantage 2: There is nothing around the hotel. It is really nothing. I asked the front desk and they said there is no vending machine. The garden facilities outside the hotel are not complete and some places are still under construction. There is no place to eat and relax 3 kilometers away from the hotel. There is no scenery around. There are roads, many construction sites and unfinished buildings around. Since the room I booked does not include breakfast, and it was not given when I checked in (I asked, and the front desk told me that their breakfast costs more than 100 and cannot be given), so I have no say in the breakfast situation.

The hotel was okay, It was cost effective for a solo trip. But the sending service was horrible. The receptionist told me to be ready 6:50am ( cuz the shuttle depart at 7:00am) And I should wait the shuttle for AN HOUR!!! IT WAS HEAVY SNOWY AND -8c you know? Since I almost missed my flight (9:30am), I asked the receptionist of Aladin hotel ( shuttle station) when the shuttle arrive and my flight time is bit tight. she said the shuttle is arrived but there was not. And screamed me to be ready at the last. Speaking of the shuttle, It was literally not a shuttle bus but just a Didi which is not organized well. That's why I should wait an hour in the heavy snow. If I go back to China, the receptionist of Aladin must get a big trouble.

This Atour really refreshed my three views of Atour. I never commented on any hotel. I stayed late at night. The first time I encountered this, even if I had hair, I could bear it. This short and thick hair is really disgusting. It’s not because I led the child. I changed the hotel that night. I felt too tossing. The hotel changed the room, of course, it is basically the same, I don't want to see it anymore, so be it!
