房間還行，比較乾淨。關鍵是性價比可以，幾十塊錢的房間很不錯了。老闆娘熱情好客，小院子生活氣息濃厚，門口堆放着剛剛豐收的玉米。早餐十塊錢老闆娘還給炒菜，晚餐好吃不貴。

房間就在景區200米之內，房東大哥大嫂人很好，被褥很很乾凈，最關鍵是飯菜做的不單好吃量足！真是超出一般景區的飯菜質量！臨走那天院子裏曬了一院子剛洗的床單被罩。這個住宿真值得推薦。

必須好評！先説位置，就在綿山景區遊客中心旁邊，步行三分鐘就到了。自駕來時，一直往景區遊客中心開，在到達景區停車場前一個路口右轉，一百米左右就到了。房間乾淨整潔，太陽能熱水，出水速度快，温度給力。早餐花捲，小米粥，雞蛋，涼菜。晚餐有各種炒菜，野菜，特色莜麪等，價格合理，味道很好。老闆夫妻待人熱情，關鍵是有洗衣機，對長途自駕遊的來説，簡直是太幸福了。

距離綿山景區大門口非常的近，走幾步就到了。
農家院收拾的很乾凈，
老闆兩口子都很熱情，
做的菜很好吃，價格不貴。
算是我住過的農家院最好的一家了！

老闆娘侯姐特別特別周到，房間乾淨整潔，10元一位的早餐營養美味，除了山區水壓有點兒低這個不可抗力，一切都很完美。

訂的大床房，房間環境舒適整潔，通風性好。房間沒有空調有風扇，由於住山腳下的原因晚上房間也不悶熱。住宿地點離綿山景區很近，出來步行即可到達。老闆服務熱情周到，另外可以寄存行李，方便爬山，總之性價比高，值得推薦。

就在綿山景區大門口，停車場圍牆下面，位置很好，整個村莊都是民宿，他家在最邊緣，非常安靜。門口能停車，家裡很乾凈，有個院子可以曬衣服，老闆夫婦很熱情，房間設施一般，洗澡水比較小，而且很難調出温水。但價格很低，性價比很高。
