Xingyu Hotel

A very good stay. The hotel is relatively close to Jieyang Tower. Luqian Night Market and Huangqishan Mountain are nearby. There is an underground parking lot downstairs. The breakfast in the morning is also rich. The only regret is that it is not after 9:30. There wasn't much to eat, but the service staff fried poached eggs. The service staff had a good attitude. The room was small, the curtains were electric, and the air conditioning in the room was adjustable. It was a smart and clean room, and the children liked it very much.

Extended stay is the best evaluation. The location of the hotel is good, not far from Xuegong City God Temple. There are a lot of places to eat down there, which is very convenient. The room has complete facilities, everything you need, and the hygiene is good. The front desk service is also very good and answers all questions.

I learned that this hotel was also newly opened, so I came here while on a business trip. The location is good, the decoration is quite good, very business style, but not lacking in warmth. The location of the hotel is also very good. Just outside the door is Guangbai Plaza. There are many restaurants nearby. The important thing is that there is an airport bus pick-up point downstairs. 中規中矩，對得起這個價格，早餐選擇不是很多但味道都還不錯。地點也不錯，離車頭老二挺近，周圍也很多吃的，酒店藏在樓後面有點隱蔽不過有招牌指示。房間樓層都較高九層以上，隔音還可以，就白天下面施工有點兒吵。前台服務也還可以做到微笑服務有問必答。衞生有部分死角還是有點臟。不足之處：1.介紹説有小度但住了兩個房都沒。2.洗手枱位置偏低且水盆有點矮容易濺出。3.淋浴間隔水沒做好水會流到馬桶那邊。

酒店位置我覺得挺好的，周邊吃的也不少，對面就是瑞幸，四面八方都有小店，稍遠一點還有夜市。酒店硬件很不錯，衞生也很好，智能家居孩子很喜歡。但是新裝修的味道有點大，浴缸房還有嚴重的地漏反味，研究了很久最後發現是浴缸反味，跟前台説了並沒有啥反應。晚上和孩子看球賽的時候竟然隔壁的某小電影投屏到了我們房間，孩子也看到了，影響非常不好！！這根本原因是酒店的網絡設定不合理，投訴了。退房的時候又跟前台反應了，也沒啥用，也沒個道歉，感覺前台非常不靈活，服務一般！

總體來説不錯，過來出差不但品嚐到潮汕當地特色美食，晚上還和朋友逛了揭陽古城，酒店客服很熱情，知道我們要去揭陽古城玩，主動幫我們介紹路線和好吃的，服務超級贊👍👍👍

酒店到進賢門、學宮、城隍廟都不遠，滴滴過去很快就到了。 房間都挺好，衹是上洗手間的階梯有點高，而且沒有做好防滑設備，如地毯之類，從洗手間出來滑倒了，腰被摔了一大塊淤青。出來旅遊是為了高興，這次沒跟酒店説，但也希望酒店能完善相關設施，以免之後還有人出現類似意外。

酒店位置好，乾淨衞生。隔壁有點吵，跟前台溝通後很快給解決了，還有免費自助早餐。樓下的**電動車叫了一晚上。
