空調不熱 房間裏很冷 熱水器還是壞的沒熱水 等了一會兒才修好 上邊寫得1米8的床 實際就是1米五 看到房間有點餐服務 點了點燒烤 結果一個小時才送過來 説實話 就沒吃過這麼難吃的 菜還送的不對 沒有你就説一聲 烤豆乾 給我送烤豆皮 花菜變成西蘭花 平菇變香菇 娃娃菜變小白菜 其他的根本沒法吃 問前台説讓別人家做完送過來的 説給我問問 也沒信了 很無語了

房間很乾凈，沒想到吉隆這麼小的地方還有電梯，一樓有餐廳，可以直接點餐，很方便！智能馬桶用着還不太習慣，窗簾很好，電動的，一路上頭一次遇到！

酒店很一般，説是新酒店，但房間設施沒有很新的感覺，空間侷促。床單一角和枕頭都有污漬，照片忘記拍了。衞生間是蹲坑，網站圖片是坐便器。洗浴用品沒有標貼，根本分不清楚啥是啥。冷熱水標貼也是反的。最討厭的是，晚上卡拉OK一直吵到一點多，這讓人怎麼休息！差評！

看了好多家，最終定了這家，還是挺可以的，不管是環境還是服務都挺不錯的，早餐也可以味道挺不錯的，經常一個人旅遊，住過很多酒店，不管是舒適度還是環境，這家的性價比算是比較好的，值得推薦！
