我當時是晚上比較晚入住的，剛從車站出來，前台在未告知我的情況下將我的標準大床換成了母嬰雙床，我詢問為什麼的時候，理由是我那間房還未打掃乾淨，太晚了我衹想休息我就沒管那摩多，上樓後，大床被絮是個破洞的，疲憊我洗了澡就直接在小床睡了，其次衞生還行，廁所比較乾淨，廊燈是壞的，一閃一閃的，熱水比較慢才出

設施：設施老舊
衞生：衞生環境臟，發現有上個乘客的頭髮，桌子上有油漬，床單上有污漬，體驗感極差
環境：隔音效果極差，雖然前台有休息室，但是也沒有茶點，連個煙灰缸都沒有。
服務：前台夜班那個大媽態度極差，雖然我們有同伴喝酒，但是頭腦還是清楚的，我們不懂的問題向她請教，一副不耐煩的樣子，前台大廳沒有任何禁止吸煙的標誌下，在前台大廳門口點根煙都對我們吆喝，要求我們在外面（零下6℃）去抽煙！！！我們是顧客，是出來旅遊的，不是被她呵斥來呵斥去的物品，如果有要求我們也沒有説不去遵守，但是説話的語氣態度一臉不耐煩

酒店位於大觀園，距離濟南站步行10幾分鐘，樓下是小吃街吃喝很方便，周邊出行也很方便，房間清雅舒心，衞生潔凈，配套設施齊全，適合家庭出遊居住，店家服務很貼心，贊一個，極力推薦的一家店.

酒店地理位置不錯，就在大觀園內，四周小吃很多。房間設施老舊，不過對得起這個價格，昨晚降温，房間衹有空調，沒有暖氣，製冷效果較差。前台衹有一個服務員在忙，入住和退房花費了大量時間。
