The location of the hotel is great. We went in April during Covid-19 restrictions, so the hotel was nearly empty maybe because of that the room was very cheap. The room was clean and the service staff was good can’t say the same about the front desk. Overall it was a comfortable 2 days stay.

Good hotel. Staff were brilliant, helpful and kind. The room was comfy. breakfast was good. waiters always ready to assist with a smile. However, the building was tricky to navigate, especially the underground parking area. not many rooms or lounges with any view. seemed a bit claustrophobic.

However there was a little bit of language barrier with the room service personnels but many thanks to the lady Hannah who works there .Her English is so fluent , she is very welcoming, polite and professional.
