Good hotel. Staff were brilliant, helpful and kind. The room was comfy. breakfast was good. waiters always ready to assist with a smile. However, the building was tricky to navigate, especially the underground parking area. not many rooms or lounges with any view. seemed a bit claustrophobic.

During the Mid-Autumn Festival, I took my family out to play, recommended by a friend, and said it was very cost-effective. After entering the hotel, I was amazed by the overall style of the lobby, which is much brighter and brighter than the Ward lobby. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, and they poured tea for us and checked in quickly. What's more surprising is that the room has been upgraded. The rooms are very clean and cozy, with high-grade toiletries, reasonable layout, and feel very comfortable. It is very convenient for people who are on a business trip or who want to play two more days. Coffee and tea are also provided in the room. The cold drinks in the small refrigerator are free, and there is also mineral water that can be seen everywhere in the public area. It is too atmospheric to drink casually. It rained in the morning and didn't want to go out to eat, so I went to the hotel for breakfast. The utensils are very delicate and beautiful, and the taste is good. Although I didn't experience Jinan's breakfast culture when I went out, the hotel breakfast made up for my little regret! The location is also really good. It is Wulongtan when you go out, and Quancheng Road, Quancheng Square and Baotu Spring are just a little bit south. The hotel also has its own parking lot, so parking is not too convenient. I am very satisfied with this trip, and I will come again next time I have a chance.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Baotu Spring, Wulongtan, and Daming Lake Park. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. It is a first-choice hotel for tourism. The sanitation is clean, the cups and kettles are clean, the reception at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and you feel at home. You will never regret visiting this hotel in Jinan!

The 1.5-meter double bed room I booked was upgraded to a 1.8-meter bed room by the owner. When I went out, I would also take the initiative to hand out water for drinking on the way. The hotel room was fine, and Xiaodu was basically able to operate it if I had anything to do. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the hygiene. For the sake of the good front desk service, I reluctantly give it 4 points for hygiene. In fact, even 1 point is too much for me🙃. Why are you so dissatisfied with hygiene? Staying in a hotel is not just about having a place to sleep in a strange city. In that case, why not find the cheapest hotel? Service, environment and hygiene are also very important. As a cleaning staff in a hotel, you can't just do the job just because the guests are staying there continuously. Yes, I lost my hair myself, and I brought some dirty things into the room with my own shoes. However, it is basic to vacuum the entire floor of the house. Operate it? There's nothing wrong with mopping the floor after sweeping it, right? On the first day, I found that the floor was not cleaned. I didn't bother to say anything when I came back, but it really affected my mood. The next morning, I went to the front desk to ask for the floor to be cleaned. The result was that it was only a little clean, with scattered hair scattered around. In...this kind of cleaning attitude is also drunk By the way, I would like to praise the disposable paper cups prepared by the hotel, which can be used to make tea and coffee. They are better than the public porcelain cups. Of course, I have not used them. The reason is still the cleaning. Your staff can go to the room and check for yourself. As soon as the electric kettle was turned on, it felt like some low-quality rag had been used to wipe it inside. There were hairs from the rag hanging on the inner wall. To be honest, it was a bit disgusting. All the dissatisfaction is with the cleaning. I hope it can be improved. No matter how good the front desk is, it can't stop the cleaning from happening. This is the only hotel that didn’t take pictures of the rooms😂, so I took pictures of the corridor. The hotel is very close to Daming Lake and Baotu Spring, so you can just walk. If you want to take a taxi, it is recommended to use the mobile app as it is a bit difficult to reach out and take a taxi. If you go to Chaoran Building at night, you have to walk almost two kilometers, which is a little further. When you turn on the lights, there are people downstairs. If you want to take pictures, just pay for the photography teachers down there. They have a good location and they have stools for you to step on, so you can take pictures. Better. It is not recommended to go to Baotu Spring on weekends. There are too many people. If you take a photo on the road in the scenic area, they are full of people.

Concerige not able to help us to book for premium taxi ride as we're unable to book for due to 4 persons and many luggages. As a result, they can only book for 2 normal taxi which is more costly.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel , the views was so spectacular, room so spacious and I really loved the rotating restaurant. However there was a little bit of language barrier with the room service personnels but many thanks to the lady Hannah who works there .Her English is so fluent , she is very welcoming, polite and professional.

Unfortunately, the weather is a bit cold and it is difficult to sit. The location is very good, right next to Furong Street. It's a quick walk to Qushuiting Street. There are also entertainment venues in the park. It's quiet in the bustle. There is Plaza 66 nearby, which is very convenient. The buses outside are also very convenient. We traveled during off-peak hours and it was very cost-effective. If you have the chance to come to Jinan, you will stay here again.
