The yard is full of fart bugs and bats. The fence design is not reasonable. Guests living next door have very little privacy from each other. can see. There are no supporting facilities at all, which is very inconvenient. Not even a decent parking lot. Cars are left on the side of the road!

金湖水上森林絕對是一個景美、安靜的地方，太適合自駕遊了。君瀾酒店就在景區裏，住在景區裏，可以在景區裏玩一整天。入住的是杉景房，外面就是成片的杉樹林。酒店現場對接人袁小哥哥，非常非常的熱情，我們入住第一天到的晚了，他還用小廚房給我們做了夜宵，一大盤餃子，真的太感動了。不管是乘坐竹筏漂流在水上森林中，還是躺在吊牀上在靜謐的杉樹林休憩，時光彷彿靜止，衹留天地和自己。靜下來，休息一下。

怎麼説呢，景區確實不錯，酒店不太合理。主要問題如下：1.節假日的接待能力不匹配，節假日真的不建議去住酒店，首先進出都不容易，還可能遇上交通管制，衹能門口等。從大門到住的地方很遠，平時可以有接駁車，但是人多的時候不給接送，就衹能自己拉着行李走挺遠的；2.酒店價格和房間設施不成正比，價格房間衞生不太行，節假日的價格真的趕上五星酒店了，天窗房間清晨亮的特別早，不好睡了，部分設施老舊。3.酒店吃飯不方便，其實本來有一個餐廳，結果節假日居然説不預訂沒有飯吃…總體來説，大自然的環境和樂園都值得來，管家服務也很用心，一個小夥子從早忙到晚，這裏重點説一下，酒店雖然掛的君瀾名下，但實際關係不大，君瀾官網也搜不到這個酒店，然後裏面分了好幾塊，應該是不同的老闆，我們住的這塊的管家服務還是可以的，前台服務遜之。非節假日還是可以去感受下的，節假日真的勸退。

這個酒店對假期人流量大的情況完全沒有準備，服務差的離譜。五一人多景區門口一條邊停了一公里的車，開到景區門口打電話給酒店前台問怎麼進去，前台説走錯了，説她們酒店離景區還有一段距離，結果回頭之後發現她説的路線不對，又打電話，換了個男的接電話，又説剛剛走的是對的，一來一回浪費時間不説，門口堵的車更多了。最後停在外面步行大概15公里走進去，反應這個問題前台連一句道歉都沒有。走到景區門口還得走一段路去前台登記，然後去房間也要走一截路，全程步行。酒店還沒有午餐，也需要走大概一公里左右去景區裏的餐廳，人爆滿，餐品質量一般。酒店早餐也是人爆滿。千萬別去！
