房間裝修不錯，乾淨衞生，早餐也不錯。樓下停車場很大，停車非常方便，而且還給免費刷車。前台服務人員非常熱情，我們己是第二次入住這個酒店了，值得推薦給大家。

家裡來客人也是朋友介紹的，果然上檔次。衞生做的很乾凈，住起來非常放心，親戚説裏面服務也好，房間擺放的還有本書，細節衞生做的很到位，住的完全放心讓多送礦泉水，多加被子，立馬就到了。服務很到位，客房大姐很給力，還有免費夜宵，停車場很大，房間很大，很好，非常喜歡整體性價比很高，前台服務熱情，貼心。還是選擇這就酒店。

在小縣城裡麪，整體還可以，價格不算貴，我置挺好的，就在紅軍大道。不過衞生一般，進去的時候感覺沒有打掃乾淨，有頭髮在床上。

本來一進房間感覺還是可以的，畢竟比較大！可是仔細看了以後非常不滿意，以後不會再入住了！首先是沒有一次性拖鞋，打電話過去説是在床頭抽屜裏，但找遍了也沒有！其次地上全是煙頭燙的印記，反饋給客房，説攔不住客人，那我有兩個建議一個是室內可以抽煙？這又不是自己家，第二如果抽了留下了印記酒店是否應該處理…第三，床單被套都是灰，還有油漬還是什麼的印記，客房來的時候我説這種怎麼還可以給客人住，客房回覆我沒辦法洗不掉，我説洗不掉就應該換，這不是在家裡，要求換不知道去哪裡找的也不知道乾淨不，換過以後客房自己發現有腳印還是什麼之類的印子，衞生真的堪憂！第四，窗簾是壞的，怎麼也無法全部拉攏！第五，洗臉池旁邊的格局有問題，毛巾沒地方掛！最後最後想説的是這麼多房間都住滿了，請捨得招聘一些專業性強的客房人員和阿姨，我看給我們換床單被套的一會兒功夫他們都忙不過來

進大廳像冷窖一樣，從前台到客房大姐都是不穿工裝的，入户門有涼拖，但是找半天沒有一次性拖鞋，打電話説是在牀頭櫃，回頭才突然覺得老闆挺能節約挺摳門兒的，房間衞生一塌糊塗，還是前台還聲稱的升級的套房，房間像是倉庫許久未住的，要求換房間，才知道是沒房間了，才隨便給的房間，客房大姐説他們找的都是兼職的客服保潔，真的是各種無語和想吐，亂七八糟一塌糊塗的酒店

衞生間推開，地上有煙灰，打電話給前台，半天不上門打掃，又第二次打電話催才來打掃，也沒有其他説法，衹説因為人多找的兼職打掃，兼職不負責任，打掃阿姨走了以後準備洗澡又發現洗澡間還有用過的牙刷沒有扔，另外早上八點左右打前台電話讓送水，打了十幾個沒人接，衹能自己掃碼下單買水，寫了機器人五分鐘送上門，十五分鐘都沒有收到，又打電話給前台，打了很久終於打通，前台給的説法是前台人在忙沒接到電話，總之服務很不滿意，也沒有任何的抱歉和説法，唯一好的一點就是房間大
