They don’t have reception on first floor. Feel worried when enter first floor nothing was there luckily i just enter the lift to go up and see. Check in take long time, the lady don’t know anything about foreigners. When she want to print my passport, the printer was not working. Later on she used another worse printer and printed all my passport pages. She even don’t know just to print last entry date page and information page. It takes almost 20-25 minutes to check in. In room amenities they mentioned there is a bathtub in bathroom, but very small bathroom, no bathtub. The television have just few channels working and even they use 2010 era television. Overall, I really feel unsatisfied.

Recommended to anyone wanting to visit. Great location, easy to park car, catch taxi, visit the night market which is just soo closeby.

首先這個酒店位於臨河夜市和古塔夜市附近，這裡是錦州最大的夜市，也離古塔林河非常近，核心區，早飯晚飯非常方便。
酒店有免費停車券。
房間裏的設施還可以，比較寬敞，應該算是舒適型的酒店類型。
感覺酒店樓上的一些樓層的經營不是特別好，都關着門黑着燈。
主打一個位置好。

特色：地理位置非常好，下樓就是淩河夜市和古塔夜市。真的是為了像我們這種奔着夜市來的遊客準備的酒店。有停車場，保安師傅指揮的非常到位，不需要擔心沒有地方停車哦～
贈雙人單次洗浴門票:辦理入住時贈送兩人洗浴門票，營業至晚上10:30，因為我們到的比較晚，就沒有去洗。第二天是中午11點開始。
歡迎小食:免費的礦泉水和歡迎小零食，很暖心🥰
衞生：整體環境很好，房間也很乾凈。
服務：前台服務熱情，停車場的師傅人也很好。

酒店位置相當好，離淩河夜市也就步行不到100米的距離，去很多地方打車都不超10塊錢，酒店還給升了房間，房間乾淨寬敞，設施齊全，房價小貴，值得推薦

交通：酒店地處錦州中央大街，是錦州城市主幹道，離錦州站非常近，市中心位置，去各處景點非常便利。
食：未定早餐，不好評論。
住：房間總體還行，有兩處感覺不舒服，1.一根立柱將窗户分為了左右兩邊，一邊放了沙發，一邊是寫字枱，想從窗户眺望城市十分變扭，不自然。2.淋浴房，不密閉，滲水嚴重，淋浴房門口一攤積水，濕了墊腳墊，也濕了旁邊的拖鞋。
酒店服務：服務意識不強，房間拖鞋沒有及時添加，電話前台強調了沒有，才送來，贈送的酒店單次洗浴，也不給票，在洗浴櫃枱強調了是房客有贈送的票，再和前台核實後才讓進。
小食：住兩晚，卻僅送一次。
最後酒店標榜是4星級酒店，但是總體看下來是虛標了啊
